Weather conditions in Domed Cities.

So in Gundam it's established that Space Colony's have weather phenomenon like rain and snow,. But what about the Lunar cities? Do they have sprinklers in order to simulate rain? Or do they just not have weather conditions at all? This also goes for undersea cities like Underhook, and that Domed city in Antarctica that appeared in the Origin.
