Javelin In GUnEZ colors/ Gedlav in Javelin colors

The title say it all,
An accurate source of mine states that such miscolors happened in the Victory TV series, alongside others error I found myself, so I trust the source enough.
Has anyone saw them, and if that's the case, in which episode do they appear ?

The full list of the miscolors for Victory is as follows:
  • RGM-122 Javelin (Gun EZ colors) episode 24
  • LM111E03 Gunblaster (Gun EZ colors) episode 30
  • LM111E03 Gunblaster (Javelin colors) episode 49
  • ZM-S21G Brukeng (Shokew colors) episode 51
  • ZM-S24G Gedlav (Javelin colors) episode 51
Similar instances happened in other series; there are examples of this in Z Gundam, ZZ and 0080.

Neat, thanks, I'll have to check that out. I've watched Victory several times and never noticed that, But animation errors do happen. Like did anyone notice how Fuala in Victory Gundam's hair is Pink in the first half of the series, and Purple in the second half? It doesn't seem to be based on the second half being in space as nobody else's hair colors change when they go into space. Likewise in Gundam AGE Emily's hair changes between Blonde and Pink depending on the scene, and in Stardust Memory the GP02 changes armor color between Tan and White. Also in CCA Quess's Jagd Doga loses an arm in battle, but later scenes show it with both arms.
