Heretic wrote:Cardi, there were instances in the anime where a Gundam was defeated without having its head destroyed correct? And since the head being knocked off doesn’t result in being eliminated in our tournament, it doesn’t seem entirely necessary to destroy the head if a fighter can disable his opponent in some other way.
I'm not Cardi, but yes, Domon defeated a few opponents without taking their heads. Maxter and Rose early on come to mind.
I will take this into consideration when calling a fight as well. If it were the elimination 11 then it would be needed to go ahead and take out the head anyway, but given the round robin nature of how we are doing things, it is unnesassary to do so if a fighter is unable to continue fighting for some other reason.
I have a question about the corsair gundam, but not its statistic, but where it lies into in the plot: Is it the main good guy or the main bad guy? because it has to be important for the following reasons:
A. Its the name of the RPG.
B.It took Heretic a LOOOOONG time to create.
C. This is it's 1st time the country is partaking in the Gundam fight
D. I've never heard of said country, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't really exist, so it'd most likely be special...especially since it's a pirate country
so i'm pretty much interested in how Corsair Gundam is lucky enough to be the title...but on an awesome note YAY I HAVE THE MOST STEREOTYPICAL GUNDAM HERE

Did anyone know that O'Regan is the reason there's no air in space?
Okay, I was even more bored than Psyden was, so i compiled a list of all the Gundams and how they ranked based on power speed and offense. I'll get around to doing to other stats later. When more than one Gundam is listed on a number, that means they tied for that position.
But I do need to say thanks nonetheless for helping to give a firmer grasp of the competition and where my own Gundams stand in the scheme of things. *shakes head* 22 fighters (currently)... Akin and Ning have their work cut out for them. ^^;;;
Hmmm... from the looks of things, my Slayer Gundam isnt overpowered at all. At first when I made it, it seemed to be pushing the limits. I guess I was mistaken.
ShadowCell wrote:"Poor fool, ShadowCell!" you say. "You can't win against fandom stupidity with the Power of the Mod!"
So mine is not best at anything but it's not worst at anything either, mine is about mid teir (I know cause I added it up, six stats are above half, or half exactly and the other six are below half.). I thought it would have had the worst adaptabilty of the Gundams.

That is true but it is the same for the specialised unit also since it is not as good at anything else, where as the jack-of-all-trades could fight in just about anyway, although it would probably lose to the specialised unit at what the specialised one is made for it would probably win at everything else, and being better at one thing when your enemy is better at almost everything else is not what I would call an advantage.
Thundermuffin's TEGSD: MEYRIN: Ma’am! The Archangel has arrived and launched a giant, man-shaped robot at us! Likelihood of it being a mobile-suit… (Meyrin does some quick calculations on her console)…ninety-nine point eight percent!
ARTHUR: Good God, that’s almost a hundred-percent!

The mummy's bandages may be penetrated!
"May" be penetrated, but may not. You forget that stats merely reflect the capabilities of the suit. Having one stat higher than another stat does not specifically state "Since my offense is 23 and your defense is 22, it automatically breaks through," or "Since my defense is 22 and your offense is 21, it won't put a scratch on me!"
