So maybe someone can explain this to me

Aim is accurate to100th of a unit

Someone even said how Its limiter was off

It doesn't mean anything more than what's said right there... that the Wing Zero can shoot accurately enough to hit the shield in the same place each time, putting it at risk of collapse.
