The only problem people had was painting ABS, as they always need to be primed before applying water based paints, otherwise they will crack. With the ABS-less releases, Bandai doesn't even put the warning on the painting guide anymore.

I remembered the good old days of 1/200 HCM Pro's, where the whole thing was ABS and just at an affordable price tag of 1500 yen. I can see why they dropped the line as the material was just too good for its price tag. It was way better than the PVC of MS in Actions at the time and this made me start collecting MG kits as their inner frames were of ABS, even though their exterior were of PS.

He says the entire BODY is made of the ABS plastic. Would make sense given the price point. Also a bit of other news, he's at the end of that topic.

"ABS wa shiyou sezu." This means it doesn't use ABS. Sezu is a negative suffix denoting "without".

I must say it is one of the most aesthetically pleasing Gunpla kits since the PG Strike. Both of these are comparable to the G-System designs as they're evolve versions.

Perhaps they were tossing between whether to release it as an PG or MG. If it were a PG, it would be exactly 2 years after Katoki's Strike Freedom.

Are there any rumors about future AGE HG model kits of Vagan MS? The latest ones were the Ghiraga and Danazine a while ago, and I have only heard about the Legilis so far.

I don't think there will be anymore AGE kits after the Clanche Custom. AGE is officially dead except for the two side stories. HG sales have not been great except for the Dark Hound.

I am also interested to see whether the HG GM Sniper II and Byalrant will have similar sales figures to last year's HG top seller, the Jesta. For the MGs, the Aegis versus last year's Delta Plus, which topped the MG sales charts along with the FA Unicorn.

Derringer is an insider, I think he would know... I guess we will have to wait and see.

I'd like to see a Genoace O Custom before they finish off the HG AGE series.

thats kinda difficult to say taking into account that the fact that they're HGUC alone will mean that they'll sell like hot cakes, but when you add to that how long people have been waiting for the GM sniper II and the Byalrant in some form...it could be close.

Despite having the Robot Damashii GM sniper II already, I might buy the HG version and the newly announced HG builder parts sniper rifle. I already have the 1/144 08th MS Team sniper rifle somewhere in my junk pile though.

I wished that they would make 1/100 version of these modular weapons. Ecoas visor Jegan or the Jesta plus the sniper rifle would be a nice combination.

Someone tipped me that the 1/100 MG White/Pink Zeta is going to be reproduced and sold sometimes December 2012/January 2013. Can anyone give me clues on this?

Most recent articles are all a picture storm of new models or extras of upcoming models.. The NU Gundam is looking just incredibly awesome.

Since the Nu Gundam may come with a dedicated display base plus funnel display parts, no wonder they had to resort to PS plastic for the inner frame in order to keep the price at 7000 yen. The inner frame itself is just gorgeous along with the external armor. I guess it will now be panel line> abs frame. We'll see if the future Wing Gundam line still keeps the former simple ABS frame.

The Granza and Shaldoll Rogue are not confirmed yet, but they should be likely since they complete some sets of MS and are merely variation models.

The AGE-1 Full Granza and AGE-FX are not such big surprises as Bandai wouldn't miss the chance to sell kits of every Gundam variations in the series. As it stands, the only missing ones are the AGE-1F Flat with Zefuld launcher and AGE-3 Fortress, which is odd not to have come out by now and before the AGE-FX.

At this point I think that the next set of HG AGE kits, which will most likely include at least the missing AGE-3 Fortress, could be the last one, for which I will cross my fingers and hope that it will include the Gomel and/or Wrozzo, since otherwise those will never get a HG kit.

Other somewhat popular MS that could appear by then are the Genoace-O-Custom, Fawn Farsia, Theilva and/or Khronos. An odd case that I see more likely as a limited edition kit is the G-Xiphos, which would complete the pirate-themed MS. The Zedas C could possibly appear as limited edition HG kits, just like the Gundam variations from the PSP game.

I'm crosing my fingers for these, though I know their chances are really low:
