I was thinking about 009 the other day, actually. Huh.

Speaking of old school, who remembers this series?

Cooler than I remember, actually.
Dude... iRock
And, of course, every anime must have a FF7-related fanart.

Ah, good memories. I might just watch the series through again sometime soon.

Vaguely. I watched a few episodes, but I never caught more than that due to it time slot jumping where I live.

Mr. Referee was the best character in the whole show from what I saw of it.

Also, MARK THE DAMN SPOILER PICS PLEASE!

It bugs the hell out of me to see a pic from an episode I have not seen yet.

Pretty much. The show is a bit of a Bildungsroman, as Ikki, Metabee start growing up and maturing over the course of the series, as opposed to the punk brats they both start as. Rewatching a few episodes, there are some surprisingly moving and touching scenes.

There's also some surprisingly good humor involved, like when the petty-evil Rubberrobo gang starts remodeling houses after a hurricane to make money. Only, being silly evil, they remake them into elegantly crafted but bizare shapes and forms that I bet most people would love to live in. Like a clown head house, or a tulip.

Basically I'm against this kind of pairing. But it's such nice fanart and

I found it's somewhat reasonable.
My girlfriend was a loli.

(Bring just grits his teeth and the Garazzo’s escape pod breaks off from its main body, flying straight up.)
REGENE: (Shakes head) Right then. Forgot we don’t talk on Planet You.

It looks like I am not the only Gundam 00 viewer who is getting some 2010 vibes for the upcoming movie.........

The picture is sorta a spoiler if you have not read the book or seen the movie.

00 S2 ep. 25 spoilers ahead.

Someone was kind enough to make a stiching of a pan shot of a certain scene in the last episode. I can't get enough of it right now. :D
