My apologies for the double post.

New trailer?

A lot of it is just text we can't read, but we get some really good views of the Arms Forts, and we also get to see how White Glint's backpack looks in action.

Also, interview with subtitles.

I'm guessing anyone who has posted in the topic has gone out to look for this already, but I may as well include it here. I'm guessing there will be offline co-op? I just hope the translations are accurate.

I hope there's some way for players to control the AFs, even if only in multiplayer. Having them only as mission set- pieces would be a huge waste.

If they counted as a shoulder mount I'd use them, seeing as I rarely ever use shoulder weapons.

seeing their placement they are most likely shoulder parts, or it could just be a core part without the shoulder mount.

That thing at 1:42 looks like an oceanic Big Zam in my opinion.

There appears to be a new preview available, but the only footage of it is a camcorder recording in what looks like a private showing. It was freaking awesome and the combat looked great, but I think I'll refrain from posting it until we have an official release of the preview. The video I'm talking about it rather hard to find, so good luck with that if you want to look for it yourself.

White Glint's backpack seems like it's just part of the core. I don't think something like that can just be equipped on any other core?

Where are the chainguns? I'm going to cry if there aren't any.

Well HELL THE ZOINKS YEAH!!

What took so long in finding this picture? I know exactly how I'm going to equip one of my ACs now. Can you guess what the setup will be??

What's with that half-midget MT? And is that base exploding from chaingun fire? O.o

Here is a size chart I found on /m/. It really shows just how big those fortresses can be (purportedly.)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=bgWeEw8-Dd0 Online VS play.

Alrighty so the game came out in Japan last week. I'm hearing rumors that the American release will be on my birthday, give or take a day. Anyone got some confirmation for that?

And there is a VS mode where you respawn and win by scoring kills. How great is that? We get to see my chainguns in action, but their tracking seems a little bad. Whatever though. I don't think that guy is using them too well. I'm going to be firing them point blank if I can.

EDIT: Oh, and this guy in the video painted his AC like Gurren-Lagann. Face on the torso and all. I didn't know you could do that....

That dude couldn't hit crap with that gatling gun. He played like that was the first time he had ever gone online with the game.

Is it just me or does this give anyone else a Shadow of the Colossus meets Mecha feel?

Looks like you can fire back chainguns while moving. That pretty much takes away the main reason for using quad legs.
Yay for functional signatures!
