Female Final Boss

So, i recently played and finished Tales of Eternia again.
a thought came to mind: RPG(J-RPG's in particular.) and Fighting games are the only genres i could think that have women/girls as the final boss.

the Tales and Final Fantasy Series has two.

There's the 1995 arcade game Gundam Ex-Revue which technically has this as the pilot of the last MS you fought (the MS-19 Domel) was female.

Nashandra from Dark souls 2, Zinaida/Fascinator from one of the endings in Armored core last raven, just to name a couple off the top of my head.

(Yes I know Aldia comes after Nashandra if you killed Vendrick earlier in the game, but killing Aldia is optional for completing the game)

i'd count it if Claude's(that's GTA III's MC's canon name right?) Ex went down guns ablazing.

on a non human note, Strikers 1999 has the Chaos Queen. to this day i cannot finish the game without dying once. and w/o using the F4-Phantom.
