Bounty Mode: Players can upload their MS for this mode to fight other players. Doing bounty missions earns monetary rewards for defeating the enemy MS. Not known how value of MS is determined yet.
SDs: Seem to be equipped as modules. Need more information.
Additional add-ons can be added on top of other parts (was confirmed in original preview and now in the gematsu article.) Seems like there are more aesthetic/power up addons as well as just weapons. They seem to have also replaced Options completely.

I figured rather than just updating the 'Upcoming games' thread, I may as well make one of these. Basically, this is for keeping track of all NEW units up until release of the game, as well as possible units/parts from different sources. This will also be easier to keep organized.
TOTAL SUITS: 172 (From the credits at the end of PV2. My list might have more or less since I have organized it differently (For instance, the trailer had separate entries for the GM Cardigan and GM Cardigan + Gatling Backpack).

If you find any new units that aren't on this list, please link some confirmation (Screenshot, website, etc). The first game had WAY too many rumored units without people providing any evidence, and well, since I wanna know as much as I can up till release (since it just gives me more things to be excited for). If anyone wants confirmation on any unit I listed, I'll be happy to get screenshots.
Everything Else:
No more weapon affinities (In the the video, weapon damage didn't change with different parts.) This means you can now use whatever weapons you want without having to worry about your parts matching. THEY HAVE BEEN REPLACED by singular weapon abilities, but those have much less leverage since as far as we've seen, each part only has one ability, and therefore can only enhance weapons, not make them worse. It's still a much greater freedom than the first game.
TGS Video showed that options no longer cost any capacity points to equip.
Module slots are determined by your parts rather than by your builder level.
AI allies can revive you from being downed.
Dual-Sided sabers now confirmed as a weapon type (Beam Naginata and Double Beam Axe fall under it.)
Option Slots appear to have different selection types now and you can equip 12 total as opposed to the 6 from the original. Uses a radial wheel selection.
One less RNG feature! They got rid of the star system and instead added a level up system. Parts level up as you use them, so while there will still be 'better' parts, you can actually have a lot more freedom because the game probably won't be so stat intensive you have to min-max. So far no level cap for parts are known (It's at least 10, but probably even more than that.)
Parts have 6 slots for painting.
Paint now has hue, saturation, and brightness options.
Glowing parts to be paintable (Cameras, Monoeyes, eyes, Wing Zero and Gundam X's chest pieces.)
Weapons are now paintable.
Metallic is a new paint option.
Paint options appear to have been improved.
Patterns now allow you to select the color order.
Decals are now fully customizable instead of being pre-determined by the MS and having to equip all or nothing on specific parts.
New mission types: Battleship Escort and Battleship Versus.
Quite a few new stats that need translation. It appears that Shield Health is gone and instead of breaking it now just blocks a percentage of certain damage types, instead of making you temporarily invincible until broken. Also appears that thruster amount and boost speed are affected by parts.
SFSs such as the Mega Rider and Dodai appear on certain missions. I don't know the actual conditions yet for them, but they appear extensively on the Dendrobium Boss mission in the PV.
Parts removed:
HG and MG God Slash
HG and MG Banshee Saber
HG Build Strike Saber
All Astray Red Frame Kai parts except legs and backpack.
Paint, Decals, Modules, and GP are also not transferred.
Minigun platform for use against bosses.
Hi-Nu Saber was finally added.
Dom has a back mounted saber, so it's backpack will probably have an option to use it.
Beam Shields! (including one with a mistype (it lacks a space)). Possibly only 2 shields, there were a few double parts in the trailer (presumably collected from the missions they played in the trailer.)
Proto-Zero's Twin Buster Rifle is the combined version. As you can see here, it's counted as a single rifle, not a double rifle. The double rifle version was above it.
Atomic Bazooka is a regular equip and not just an Ex-act weapon.
Hyper Mega Launcher. (Mainly including this since it shows that they didn't completely ignore the MS from the first game when it came to adding new things.)
Zaku Machinegun specifies Zaku II in the name. Possible other Zaku Machinegun variants (Zaku I version for instance?))
Archangel Recolor as enemy?
Hyper Javelin. Probably no FA Unicorn in the game, and just a standalone weapon. But I won't discount the possibility. Double Beam Gating too.
Age-1 Titus Arms have Beam Lariat + Beam Shoulder equippable option, though that was expected.
New Ex-Acts/Attack Types:
Zero System
Defuse Bullet?
Force Extend
Grapple Claw
Blade Twister
Quad Slicer
God Finger
Shining Finger (First game had generic stand-ins for the God and Shining Fingers. This game actually has the proper techniques.)
Hoiru Strike?
Spiral Bind
Rolling Buster Rifle (Seen in gameplay video)
Level Up Bonuses are picked by you!
Missions now have challenges and rewards.
Can anyone confirm what this double sided sword is?
New suits!
Shop now has a gift option!
Another photo mode view, shows that it has quite a few options.
You can convert abilities to different ones. Weapon abilities at level 1 grant a 5% bonus damage. Quite a few develop options for the Gundam head.
Mammoth Gundam Mount?!
Players can now spin to win!
Changelog/Credits:
*Updated 9/23. Amuro NT-1's Gematsu Link. Added 00 S1 leads, Normal Beargguy, Acguy, Victory Dash, and Perfect Strike. GP03 added to list of possible due to decals.
9/29. Got bored and frame by framed the trailer while waiting for something to update. Now I think I've gotten everything I can out of PV1. Yes I'm excited for this game. Don't judge me.
9/29 Update 2. Injured Pelican's youtube link. Video shows a few new things, including the double saber weapon (As in double sided.) Appears to be the vita version given the loading screen.
9/30 Two more things from InjuredPelican's video.
10/4 Updated with Cherudim Rifle
10/6 Updated with these links.

11/5 Added stuff from the Famitsu link (MS and whatnot). I'll add more about ranged weapons when I have a better translation of exactly what it is. Also, for newcomers to the series, added a list of MS from the first game, so that they'll know as many suits as possible.
11/16 Updated with Ragnaroc's IJ Backpack (Basically slapped it into confirmed), and Stargazer arms from Amuro
11/28 Added PV 2 stuff. Moved Ragnaroc's guesses to the main page (THANKS AGAIN! His box spottings were all confirmed today). Also removed all the other sections since all MS from them were confirmed after this trailer, and removed partials that are now confirmed in Breaker 2.
