Merchandise Shipping News

United States Postal Services has gotten rid of their Parcel Post service as of May 14th. This is bad news for everyone except USPS..

Something that I am shipping that previously cost me $95 is now around $165.... This isn't a life threatening thing, but I thought it was important enough for people to know.

Interesting indeed. It looks like they're using the name change as an excuse to raise the rates for shipping stuff outside the USA.

The big hit will come across on ebay where as is many US sellers over-price shipping to Canada and elsewhere. Now, it'll just get worse.

I wouldn't be shocked to see some sellers try to place a shipping cost to Canada of $30 on a single DVD now.

While many in the US likes to think they run the world, these changes affect the USA sending worldwide only and not to send a package to the USA.

To send to the US still depends on what your countries post office sets their rates at.
