New Parts Replacement Site from Bandai for Replacement parts

Just wanted to start a new topic to let everyone know about something I found out in a replay email that Bandai sent me just yesterday. I emailed them after I learned about a free parts replacement service so I thought I would try. This is the email replay that I got.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your request.
I’m sorry too late reply.

In case you broke or lost those parts by yourself,
we advise you that you will be able to purchase them from us for a fee.
As of now, we changed our rule for replacement that have sent by free,
We must sell the parts to Customers in the world.

We will start to sell the parts of our products from end of Jan. 2014.
We are preparing to build the web parts ordering system as of now.

Could you please be patient and wait for a while..
We are sorry for no service of supplying you the parts as of now,
and we hope you will understand our company's circumstances.

The email says to the world leading me to think this will be available to other countries besides Japan, hopefully the U.S.A and others. What do you guys think. Think they are telling me the truth or just leading me on and this may never happen. I have been hearing people asking for parts in other countries for years and now it could be happening. I am really excited and can't wait to see how much they charge for parts

A part replacement site? That would be wonderful; I have lots of broken v-fins that would love this service...plus the left claw on my HGAW Wing that I cut way too close and had to glue in the claw. >_>()
