Well, Lasse did look pretty beat up in the cockpit and something seemed to have exploded in his face. Given Graham's survival though, it's possible he's just critically injured. Afterall, the GN Arms still appeared to be in one piece when Setsuna was yelling his name.
On an unrelated note, am I the only one that noticed the shocking resemblence between Allelujah/Hallelujah with his hair pulled back and Olba Frost?

I suppose that could be a hint at him, since wasn't Frost also the subject of some type of newtype-ish experiment?Genocide wrote:Well, Lasse did look pretty beat up in the cockpit and something seemed to have exploded in his face. Can anyone toss some screenies my way? Thanks in advance.
Also, just out of curiosity, is this show streamable in Japan concurrently with the episode? I'm not talking illegal stuff, what I'm asking is if they have something akin to toonami jetstream or something. I'm pretty sure Geass is shown online the day before the premier episodes.

Most of the 'important' scenes are on here:aberrance wrote:Can anyone toss some screenies my way? Thanks in advance.

This was from the Mecha forum, but it got me thinking: Who here thinks that Al settled into a peaceful civilian life or took on a role further from the battlefield after the loss of his murderous half?Arsarcana wrote:...the absence of Allelujah after the time skip leaves open the possibility that they didn't recover Kyrios.

I really doubt Allelujah died, I was actually guessing it was his Gundam that Saji saw flying by, that being his 'appearance' in the time skip.
From what I've gathered, his two personalities 'joined', so now he's no longer mr. nice guy, or mr. murdering sadist, but somewhere in the middle. Almost like a whole new character, complete with new haircut.

No, they didn't join. They worked together during the fight and then Hal 'died'. Mr Nice Guy Al is now the only personality.Phantomexe87 wrote:I really doubt Allelujah died, I was actually guessing it was his Gundam that Saji saw flying by, that being his 'appearance' in the time skip.

Perhaps Allelujah is actually Sergei's long lost son...Exia wrote:Allelujah will return, especially after the connection between Soma and him has been revealed. Could Soma perhaps be a sibling of Allelujah?
25 Looks like a killer episode based on the spoilers.
Sofar 00 has been the most entertaining Gundam show I've watched.
Any thoughts on S2? O Gundam vs. 00 Gundam?
Graham may have become a bitter man after his scarring (sp). I wouldn't be suprised if his character changes into a bitter and disillusioned one.
You do make a point, but I was trying to get the idea across that "Oh, hey, I have an adopted mother" doesn't really give a character much, if any, presence. Lichty and Christina died without being of much purpose, so I wouldn't be surprised if Lasse bites the dust after being marginally useful as a means of helping Setsuna make his Exia into a Dendrobium. We were given a quick run down of Chris and Lichty's backgrounds in ep 24. When watching it I actually said "Shut up you idiots! Stop talking!" because whenever support characters suddenly reveal something about themselves, you know they're doomed. Lasse was the only one who kept his mouth shut. We know for 100% certainty that Chris and Lichty are dead, but Lasse is far more ambiguous.
Allelujah was murderous. Or did you miss all the soldiers he killed or the time he blew up the super soldier facility full of children? Hallelujah may revel in the slaughter, but that doesn't make Allelujah squeaky clean.Who here thinks that Al settled into a peaceful civilian life or took on a role further from the battlefield after the loss of his murderous half?
Besides, Allelujah knew what he was getting into when he became a Gunam Meister. To give up now would make him seem rather weak-spirited, as it's only a matter of time before the gang gets back in the saddle for season 2.
Aha, but Hallelujah said goodbye after sustaining that eye injury. He's "dead" for all intents and purposes. From what I've gathered, his two personalities 'joined', so now he's no longer mr. nice guy, or mr. murdering sadist, but somewhere in the middle. Almost like a whole new character, complete with new haircut.
I think we'll see a more confident, decisive Allelujah but, in the end, that's still Allelujah.

Yeah, this is supposedly from an interview with Mizzu. So take it with a grain of salt.4Chan wrote: ●ティエリア関連

Except the gundam he destroyed had nothing to do with Howard. Basically he waited till Setsuna was knackered from a huge fight and then managed to scrape a draw and possibly kill the person with the most good in him. All because the Trinities killed Howard. Lets not forget that the Union pilots capacity for emotional breakdown and suicide charges is what killed lockon.Dwin wrote:Nah, Graham would likely learn from his scarring than be bitter about it. And besides what does he have to be bitter about? He destroyed Gundam and was able to avenge his two Flag mates. I doubt he would care about scarring his face, he's like Ali in that respect.
I can imagine that a sudden release of pent- up frustration affected his skill level at that point. I'm sure the Union was receiving intel updates on the apparent demise of CB, but for whatever reason he was stuck at base until the very last minute. He must have been visibly shaking from impatience when he got into his cockpit, and thats never a good thing when you're up against one of the main protagonists.
You assume too much. Graham didn't wait till Setsuna was tired, it looks like he jut got there. He's impatient, remember? I doubt he would let his allies get wiped out. Also, Graham lumps all the Gundams together, so getting revenge on either would still be benificial to him. Still, Graham is not the type to be bitter about gettiing deformed/scarred. He thought he was going to die, remember he was saying goodbye to all his friends(I think). He's probaly glad he made it out alive. Oh and the accusation that all Union pilots have a capacity for mental breakdown is false, the only Union pilot to succumb to 'suicidal charges' and 'emotional breakdowns' is Daryl.bertle wrote:Except the gundam he destroyed had nothing to do with Howard. On another note, even though this may contradict my statement above, I don't think Graham wants revenge for Howard's death. He just wants to prove the Flag's ability to combat a Gundam because Howard died for that belief. He just wants to prove that Howard didn't die for nothing

It's not exactly a world-changing event.
Graham has been discussing his odd fixation on Gundams and their pilots since day one. It's nothing new.
Besides, I always took those lines to be exaggerated. He doesn't want to marry any of the Meisters or their suits. They simply fascinate him.

He probaly means he loves Setsuna's state of being. Being able to totaly dedicate yourself to a purpose, is something Graham must admire.Destiny_Gundam wrote:Graham does indeed mention love. However, everyone is quick to assume that love means romantic feelings. Graham might say he 'loves' Setsuna, it doesn't mean he wants to stick it in his pooper.
