Names to know in the early American anime fandom

After a long time lurking online and asking people around, I was finally able to put up this index of important figures in the early American anime fandom (before the 2000s). Please note that this is still a work in process, and as I am not from America, there can be some wrong or unverified information in the document. If you spot one, please comment right away.

Good list...quite a few names on there I haven't thought about for years.

Say, Chris, beside Mark Simmons and Frederik L. Schodt, is there any American figure who is instrumental in bringing Gundam to America?
