Hmm, hard to say, but the middle one could be a Valkyrie frame, mayhaps?

Yeah, I doubt that.
Looking closely at the middle silhouette, its head reminds me of a somewhat pointier version of Barbatos's head, while its legs are a near-perfect match in shape for Barbatos's legs.
Ergo, I'd say with near-total certainty that it's a new form of Barbatos, rather than a Valkyrie Frame.

So they did not say if this will be a manga or something of the light novel category, but they will have a spin-off title where the Tekkadan will be mice and the Gjallarhorn will be cats it seems.
Serialization is confirmed on this month's Animage on July 10th and they will release more info later.
The tentative title for now is Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Biscuit's Great Adventure.
