Dark Horse Intending to Translate Manga... Suggested by YOU

Apparently the Dark Horse's Facebook page officially announced it is offering manga readers to suggest stuff for translation that they want to sell to you. Crossbone Gundam fans, this maybe the chance you have been waiting for because I seriously doubt this will come again. Guyver fans are taking full advantage of this, maybe some of you Gundam and Macross fans want to do the same? Maybe?

I don't read manga personally and even if I did I'm not risking identity theft.

I've been trying to figure that out for hours now, I think you have to befriend Dark Horse's page or something, it's the only theory I've got.

I don't want people knowing my real name. You guys don't know me here, you're good, but a few people know my first name and my tastes are so much of a minority I can be easily spotted.

There's a comment button for it. You do need a Facebook account to post a comment there or you could contact Dark Horse via email by going to their website. I plan to suggest them Franken Fran and Guyver. Alot of people have been suggesting Guyver to them, which makes me happy.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for Gundam mangas. I doubt Dark Horse would be able to wrangle that one away from Bandai.

He's right, VIZ has the rights to Gundam the Origin, they just don't do anything with it.

Well, there's pretty much ALL of the Gundam manga released in English, which was through either Viz or Tokyopop. Bandai only got into the Gundam manga scene with 00 and 00F.

I'm fairly certain the license on Gundam the Origin has expired by this point. It hasn't been released in years anyways.

Did you click the "Like" button on Dark Horse's page? That's the only way it'll allow you to comment.

You could always get one under some crap name, vote, and then just never use it again.

I can't even find a "Like" option, and I use Facebook pretty frequently.
