Hmmm so we finally got some good lineart for the AEUG/Anaheim Transport seen in a few episodes of Zeta and Double Zeta resupplying the AEUG Fleet. Especially during the build up to the Jaburo Drop Operation. Also that Hanger lineart for the Salamis Kai makes the hanger looking bigger then I thought it would. For you could stuff a few more mobile suits in there if needed, granted I do know that many times we them carrying six machines but still.

Gundam x Ashley Wood

Background:
In the end of 2011, Australian artist Ashley Wood, best known for his Art Nouveau-inspired style,
developed an exclusive model based on the Zaku, in cooperation with the companies ThreeA and Bandai.

The finished product was presented in January 2012 and saw an official release as a 1:60 gunpla.

This Zaku design variant has no classic monoeye, and its bulky aspect is more similar to a soldier with anti-chemical warfare equipment. A distant resemblance to the drawings of Kazuhisa Kondo and Makoto Kobayashi cannot be denied.
In any case, no background info of any sort was provided, including political affiliation and timeline setting: Besides the basic painting, all related sketches and the gunpla, Ashley Wood's Zaku wasn't seen in any other media so far.

Flying - The flight after 51 years

Japanese title: FLYING 51年ぶりの飛翔
Story and art: Kazuhisa Kondo
Format: illustrated short story

Background:
This short story illustrated by Kazuhisa Kondo was originarily published in 1996 within the Hobby Japan Gundam Weapons MG Zeta Gundam issue. Three years later it was included in Kondo's own artbook "Crossover Notebook II U.C. 0083 - 0153".
The only difference between the two editions is that the first one features an introduction page showing the flying MS in wave rider mode.

Story:
In the Universal Century, 51 years after the end of the Gryps War (i.e. U.C. 0138, albeit this date is never mentioned explicitly), a private MS collector named Hans Spiegel manages to salvage the original remains of the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam and decides to rebuild a fully-functional replica of it.
Many parts are missing and have to be replaced from scratch; moreover, some technical details are unknown due to the lack of public documentation. Nevertheless, after great economical and engeneering efforts, the unit is successfully completed and presented to the public.
After the test flight ceremony, the newly-born MSZ-006 is housed in a museum together with other vintage mobile suits.

I'd like to do unit listings for Gundam Breaker, but there are a couple of things I'm uncertain about.

1) Should I use the standard faction listings like Earth Federation and Zeon even though the game has a similar story set-up to Build Fighters (essentially, "our world but this arcade machine lets your Gunpla fight each other")?

2) How should I handle units that only partially appear in the game? The first game contained quite a few incomplete parts, such as the Beargguy's backpack, Virtue's legs, or Epyon's heat rod; should they be counted along with the MS that got all (or most of) their body parts in the game?

1. I'd go with the Build Fighters route.

2. I think you should probably limit yourself to units that are complete or majority complete.

So here's the mecha listing for Gundam Breaker 2! There were a couple of minor complications...

-Firstly, the game has its own storyline with new characters piloting existing machines, sometimes with new equipment (included here with notes on where it originates). As such I included three categories: the two factions in the plot, and one that simply lists all the playable units in the game period. Note that I only included units in the faction lists if they actually showed up in the plot cutscenes, since basically everything in the game appears as an enemy at some point.
-I left the height/weight stats off these because, since the game uses Gunpla rather than actual mecha, I'm not entirely certain if they're the same thing. On top of that, some things only appear at odd scales; for example, the Alvaaron is in the game, but only in 1/60 scale compared to the playable 1/144s and 1/100s
-Regarding the playables, I got a lot of help from the Perfect Guide. I only included units that can be built completely in-game, even if it required borrowing and repainting parts. I didn't bother coming up with a game-accurate weapons list because it would take a lot of effort on both my and Chris' parts and feels kind of needless. Also, for the sake of keeping the post from getting too large, I put the playables under a spoiler tag. Anyway, here we go!
