Well, thanks to G Generation Cross Rays I did some digging and ended up going through the Twitter account of manga artist Koichi Tokita, which gave me a whole bunch of new lineart for various Gundam Wing manga.

Color lineart. Tokita himself remarked that the colors may not be official (G Generation depicts it as mint green rather than light gray), but personally I'd give the artist precedence, not just because this is the most complete version of the lineart. I'd be totally fine with replacing my old custom color lineart with this version, but it's up to Chris.

Leo III
Unit type: mobile suit
Armaments: 105mm rifle
Pilot(s): Heero Yuy

Vernier Pack: https://i.imgur.com/IBJxCjY.png

Now THIS is obscure! This is a Leo model that appeared for only a couple of panels at the very start of BFoP when Relena is investigating a former MS manufacturer named Auster Industries* to make sure they've suspended operations. For ages people seemed to assume it was just a slight customization of the original, but to celebrate BFoP getting a re-issue Tokita tweeted out the original lineart from 1996, revealing the name "Leo III" and the full design. The version in the manga isn't quite as elaborate, which Tokita blames on his own whims rather than editorial orders. The lineart version also seems to have a pair of planet defensors stored one in each shoulder, but since they aren't present in the manga I didn't include them on the armaments list.

*The English manga calls the company "Century Discover Corporation", but Tokita's tweet says "Auster Industries". Given that Tokyopop was known for making crap up whenever they felt like it (such as giving Lt. Nichol the surname "Cage" just for the sake of the obvious joke), I'll side with the man who actually helped make the manga.

Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-UNIT

D-Unit

Green version (edited): https://i.imgur.com/bQZyh5v.png
Red version (edited): https://i.imgur.com/7YZFCBD.png
Official color lineart. He only did the blue version, but had a note off to the side saying "There are other color versions" with little swatches of green and red, which I used to photoshop the alternate versions.

OZ-06MS-E2 EWAC Leo
Armaments: mini machine gun, smoke discharger x 3

Mini Machine Gun: https://i.imgur.com/6BafskM.png
Official color lineart, and a confirmed model number. Besides the mini machine gun, the lineart also shows that it has three smoke dischargers on the backside of the left shoulder.

OZ-06MS Leo
OZ Prize Colors (edited): https://i.imgur.com/V22P8cA.png

OZ-12SMS Taurus
OZ Prize Colors: https://i.imgur.com/GeEtRK7.png

The Prize color versions of the Leo and Taurus are what got this ball rolling in the first place, after I saw them in some Cross Rays attack videos. There was never any indication that Prize had their own custom units in the original manga, but they're counted on the original G-Unit series rather than being from the spin-off. Additionally, Tokita did the Taurus lineart but I had to make the Leo art myself.

Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-UNIT: Operation Galiarest

OZ-06MS Leo Rosshe Natono Custom
Unit type: custom mobile suit
Lineart: https://i.imgur.com/Yh8OFCC.png

OZ-16MSX-06X Prototype Scorpio
Unit type: prototype mobile suit
Operator(s): Galiarest Colony, White Fang
Equipment: test-type AI unit
Armaments: beam cannon (defenser net launcher) x 2, micromissiles
Lineart: https://i.imgur.com/MRbIjx2.png

Obviously, this is the prototype of the Scorpio from BFoP. Other than the addition of the battleship-caliber beam cannons and the AI unit on the back, it's just a recolor of the original. As such, Tokita credits Junya Ishigaki with the mechanical design rather than himself.

That's what I've got for now. To be honest I didn't even know about Operation Galiarest until I started on this little project; it's apparently a G-Unit sidestory (yo dawg, I heard you liked sidestories...) that focuses on two new G-Units developed from the Geminass and using data from Mercurius and Vayeate, Gundam Caster* and Gundam Pollux. However, information is mostly on Japanese websites since I don't think any scan groups have picked this one up; I'll get back with more when I can find it.

*Yes, I know it should be "Castor", but its name appears as "Caster" in official artwork. Japan does it again. :P
Sakuya: "Whatever. Stop lying and give up your schemes, now."
Yukari: (Which lies and schemes are she talking about? It's hard to keep track of them all...)

Nice findings! 8)

In case you wasn't aware of it, this manga is currently running on Gundam Ace and at least two chapters of it can be legally found for free on Comic Walker. If I'm not wrong, the name "Galiarest" should refer to a colony, but I admit that I don't remember well, so I have to check...
By the way, on the Comic Walker website there are also various chapters of other recent Gundam-related manga — inlcuding the original G-Unit by Tokita. However, the only one that constantly keeps its "complete" form (i.e. retaining all the published chapters) is the color edition of The Origin (still ongoing, and available also in the English version of the same site)
