It would be nice if I could go from one review to the next without having to go back to the previous page or opening multiple tabs. A drop down window would also be nice to make navigation of reviews quicker and easier.

Unfortunately, with the way the site is designed, this would have to be added individually to each page. That's too much work for it to be feasible.
