Not sure if we already have a thread for this, don't feel like looking.
But anyway this looks like a good movie. Certainly something I want to check out (even if Harrison Ford is like 75). Anyone else see the trailer?

That's also something I liked.Recon 5 wrote:That chase scene was pretty amusing. In the old movies he would have simply made it onto the jeep, now they have him miss and fall onto the next vehicle in line. Funny stuff.
Indiana Jones has always had some flaws ("Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?") Now he is showing signs that he is getting older and not as sharp as he used to be, but still can kick butt regardless.
Although, what decade is Crystal Skull set in? IIRC, Last Crusade was set in the mid-1930s (just before WWII).....so, there can't be that big of a time-skip from Last Crusade.

"Part time."
Both of my parents teach part-time at a college, so every time I get to that line in the trailer I just bust out laughing. Not sure how it'll work as an action movie, but this should be a good comedy.

Don't call it a comeback...
...in fact, it's best if you forget I was ever here before.

I'll be seeing this movie in 13 hours. I haven't even seen the originals in years lol. So i'll be that jerk in the theatre going "Who's that?" "What did he say when i said 'Who's that'?"
It's gonna be great.

I'm not going to spoil it for others, but the ending really wasn't doing it for me. Just seemed too farfetched. Anyone else find it a stretch?
Overall I found the movie to be pretty entertaining, I even found Shia LaBeouf tolerable, but some of the action scenes were really pushing believability, even from an in-story perspective.
Liked all the fun little references.

I think it's pretty good.
The ending, was, to be honest, a 'wat' moment. Just didn't expect something like that. It's very Indiana Jones otherwise, typical of these movies.
I could have praised this movie better, but as of now I'm still involuntarily spouting Tony Stark lines.
