Is the Nets the Chelsea of the NBA?

I've heard that Nets was bought over by the current richest man in Russia. So is Nets going to be the Chelsea of NBA by spending tons of $$$ to get the best players in the world?

no thats not really possible since the NBA has a salary cap that limits the amount a team can spend .
Listen, not a year goes by, not a year, that I don't hear about some escalator accident involving some bastard kid which could have easily been avoided had some parent - I don't care which one - but some parent conditioned him to fear and respect that escalator.
