Bicycle Playing Cards

I was thinking about getting a couple of decks off Ebay today (Cause you know, Australia=No bicycle cards) and was wondering what material the cards are made of. More specifically the this one. Is it normal cardboard or good quality plastic?

Normally, Bicycle cards are paper/cardboard with a plastic/silicone like laminate on top. Last forever and are relatively cheap in the states. I've got a few decks myself and I've never had a problem with them being flimsy other than if they've been used to death (Takes a couple years of constant use).

I like them personally. How much a deck are they offering? Usually, you can get them for 5 bucks a deck or so, I wouldn't pay more than that.
