They also shopped a comparison with Exia there for some reason...

There's no mention of what the magazine is, and really with a shoddy photograph of a page you can do something as rudimentary as printing a page, sticking it into a book and photographing that. It looks too wonky as it is (in terms of image quality) so I would wait for something more concrete-looking to come out first.

The fact that the scans are so terrible makes me wonder at its authenticity, but if it's fake, whoever drew it got Kanetake Ebikawa's style down to a tee.Deacon Blues wrote:The second picture "supposedly" comes from "Newtype", but I'm guessing that someone fabricated it once again.

This isn't new. Nadleeh's lineart was leaked ahead of its actual publication, as was 0 Gundam's. Both times people doubted on this forum and were proven wrong...latenlazy wrote:WOW, so that "speculation' we saw months ago turned out to be real...CYNICISM AT IT'S BEST wrote:the 00? no, someone posted a magazine page earlier with it
These aren't scans, these are photos... Usually the photos of the magazine pages come out before the scans actually do, around this time every month, since some people get their hands on the books before they are actually released.VentZX wrote:The fact that the scans are so terrible makes me wonder at its authenticity, but if it's fake, whoever drew it got Kanetake Ebikawa's style down to a tee.
But its confirmed by multiple sources that the 00 Gundam appears in this month's Newtype anyway, so I don't see why this would be fake.
The pic with the cones rotated to the back though, is obviously a shop.
In any case, I hope the scans will be in better quality.
Thanks for setting it straight.
While Tieria and Ribbons being androïds isn't confirmed yet, it is hinted at very heavily. Whatever the case, of course we'll find out in when 00 continues, but it's a definite possibility to consider for now. If one is to believe coïncedences in fiction usually aren't random but intentional, that is.
P.S.
I hope there will be a reference book coming at one time which will go into detail about the science-fictional concepts used in 00. Given the pretty consistent way 00 has delt with the introduced sci-fi concepts, it would be all the more interesting.
Perhaps something for a 00 MSV volume publication?
I somehow missed that bit about Lichty. In hindsight it also makes better sense though given his portrayal compared to Ribbons and Tieria.Chris wrote:Wrong. If we accept that Tieria and Ribbons are androids/artificial humans (which hasn't been explained yet), that wouldn't apply to Lichty. Lichty was a regular human who was fitted with cybernetic parts after he was injured in an orbital elevator attack. That would make him a cyborg, not an android, and there is a difference between the two.

You have to put 4chan links into imageshack or photobucket, since those links don't last very long.
Warning: When using Minovsky Particles, please do not drive or operate heavy machinery. If you have a Newtype Flash lasting longer than 6 hours, please call 911 as this may be a sign of a serious and life threatening side-effect. Ask your doctor if taking Minovsky Particles are right for you.

There's a pretty high resolution version of those two pages here, with the writing very readable. Would anyone be kind enough to translate/summarize the information on these pages?
