So its established that numerous characters (Euerka, Holland, Talho, Hilda) and the Gekko , Nirvashes , and Devilfish are stolen from the Federation, but its never stated how Gekkostate got the Terminuses. Did the Geko have the prototypes on board when it was stolen? Did Hilda and Matthieu bring them when they joined? Or were they brought later?

As far as I can recall, the Terminus series LFOs were the military standard at the time Holland and his team decided to go AWOL. They simply stole the equipment that'd been issued to them by the military along with the Gekko when they deserted. The military later upgraded to the Mon-soonos, so the older Terminus series were phased out everywhere except aboard the Gekko.
