So in the Victory Gundam novelization; there are several different mecha designs used, Such as the Second Victory Gundam", as well as the Zanscare use Zancock MS. Another lesser known unit is the RGM-147; which supplants the RGM-122 Javelin , in the novel continuity. So is there any info/lineart on this particular unit? It's kind of vague what the units name actually translates to.

As to how it is pronounced, it happens that the Japanese Toy'R'us's President and Representative Director has the same katakana ジェイブス

No idea, but since the other info I got have a lot less description so I assume a lot of these are artist's interpretation.
