Moonrace weaponary

So was all of the Moonrace's tech found in the Moon Cycles, or was some of it built by their army? Several of the units (like the Wodom, Zssan, Mahiroo, Bandit, and Turn X) were excavated on the moon. But what about the other units(eg, the FLAT, Eagail, SUMO)?

Apparently there's an article in one issue of Dengeki Hobby called Before Turn A which says the FLAT was developed by Moonrace to help maintain public security, Wikipedia Japan notes that several of the people involved in the series' setting development contributed but not the actual writers, so the canonicity of that one is uncertain.

Also sourced from Wikipedia Japan, the Eagail was an excavated design (it cites the Turn A Data Collection from 2007) and the SUMO was another excavated design (citing the 'Memory of Second Wind' book from 2000). I can't verify either of those personally but since they have source citations I imagine they're probably accurate.
