Speaking of which, Gundam Guy just posted a bunch of screenshots from the final episode. I note that one of them shows the Neo Zeong in comparison to the Rewloola...

http://www.ultimatemark.com/gundam/imag ... wloola.jpg

Based on this comparison, it looks like the Rewloola's spherical propellant tanks are about 35m in diameter, which is exactly what I had on my ships comparison chart where I scaled the Rewloola to 500 meters.

http://www.ultimatemark.com/gundam/imag ... arison.jpg

So it looks like the animators are indeed working on the assumption that the Rewloola is 500 meters long. That still doesn't explain how they could fit the Neo Zeong inside its hangar in episode 6, though. :-)

Maybe the MA was stored disassembled inside the ship?

EDIT: I hope that Bandai tells us someday who made the Neo Zeong. Anaheim Electronics, or was it made at a secret base of the Sleeves? I don't think they build it on board of the Rewloola.

Mark,

Perhaps the "Leg" Thruster Units where taken off for that. Since later in the episode they are destroyed and FF uses the Skirt Thrusters from then on.

The lack of Geara Dogas might suggest that they are pretty much extinct. Sleeved Zaku III confirmed.
Spoiler
Show
Not Jesta action, but more ECOAS Jegan action.

We will need to see how Bande Desinee gets the Jestas back into action or not.

Still say Sleeves Space Gigan was best cameo. Also, Schuzrum Galluss making very good use of the Zeon Knuckle Shields!

And yeah, looking between 6 and 7... Well, the Neo Zeong looks a bit small in 6 I think. I'd have to do actual measurements, but actually comparing it vs the Rewloola, it looks like it'd have to be stored very tightly, or in a weird way.

Also, what was with the grenades that Conroy threw at the Zssa? Possibly some kind of chemical fire grenade? I don't think I've seen ones like that before in Gundam at least.

Some people on 4chan were saying it was a Rick Gigan (yes, the one from Moon Crisis 0089), but I'm skeptical.

The Rick Gigan wasn't from Moon Crisis, it was from Mobile Suit vs. Giant God...AKA Gundam vs Ideon.

And unless Katoki put it through some SEVERE redesign, the thing in Unicorn is not the same thing.

Also was it just me or does the Ra Calium have more then three Jestas, for we see the Tri Star Jestas disabling the poor Sentry MS, and then we see a couple more jumping off from the floating Calium. Which by the way was damn awesome! /cough/ That Said are those extra ms more Jestas or just regular Jegans just colored differently.

Yeah, it looked as if the Ra Cailum was actually carrying most, if not all 12, of the Jestas rather than just the three it has in the novel.

WTF! Last MS official profile update will be just the SIlver Bullet which got new lineart for the anime(now with blue beams instead of the yellow of the HGUC, might be Gael's custom)

There won't be official lineart for the Sleeved Zaku III and Custom Bawoo that were featured heavily onscreen. Funny how the Z Plus and Gustav Carl which did nothing got official profiles...

BTW the last 3 gaiden stories from Gundam Ace manga were about:
-Schruzum Gallus which is a one of machine. Pilot is an old bearded veteran
-Yellow Jagd Doga piloted by that Royal Guard pilot that used the Rozen Zulu in testing. From there they discovered his NT potential
-Rezel that was cut in half but was brought to the Nahel by Unicorn. Pilot was part of a special team in 0095.

All 3 above appear to survive OVA 7.

In the novels I think it's supposed to be carrying 12 - it's just that only the Tri-Stars ever get to do anything.

Yeah, it is that time again, side stories on onscreen action filled anonymous pilots. So was that Romeo 011's pilot survived?

I would like to know if there were 2 Proto Starks, and whether they shared the same pilots as those from episode 3.

Now we officially have all Sleeved versions of Haman's Neo Zeon MS, except for the knight use ones, certain definite prototypes(Jamin Fin etc), and functional MP Qubeley. I am not sure whether a Sleeved Gallus J has appeared in space in any of the side stories, or they could have just belonged to space bandits.

I thought the remaining guards were incapacitated on the Nahel Argama, test pilot included. Is that just an oversight by the authors, or is the test pilot someone else?

I haven't read the second volume of that series.

Heh, finally watched the episode in full today, and man, Nahel Argama was rocking WAY more mobile suits than it's ever had before. Guess they got a healthy and convenient resupply before going into the battle.
balofo wrote:-Rezel that was cut in half but was brought to the Nahel by Unicorn. Pilot was part of a special team in 0095.
Guess the change from green visor to red was an animation error then? The Rezel that was nearly cut in half was a commander unit but the machine Banagher brings back to the ship (after saving Conroy) was a regular type.

In episode 6, when Frontal and Zinnerman return to the Rewloola and are looking at the Neo Zeong, you can see another Guard-type Geara Zulu standing next to it. So that may have been the last one, and he simply moved into the Jagd Doga for the final battle.

Hmmm... But didn't we get a look into the Caliums hanger earlier and it having a rebuilt ReGZ and a couple other mobile suits. Therefore they couldn't have their entire compliment as Jestas could they??

Right, there was that random ReGZ and I guess they had room for the Delta Plus too, but the only other suits seen in that hangar then were the Tri-Stars' Jestas.

As my favourite MS, it sad to think about but then again we do not know. Out of four Musakas confirmed to survive the battle of Palau, only 2 are seen destroyed by the series end. At the same time we know at least one Geara Doga survive the battle intact. It is possible that the few remaining ones are in the two Musakas that may have survived or at Palau or another Neo Zeon enclave or even as part of MS compliment of the Endra that survived the Nahel Argama's attack.

What is even more puzzling to think about though is how the Sleeves seem to field far more Gaza-Ds than Geara Zulus. In episode 7, without counting the ones on the Nahel Argama, we see only 3 Geara Zulus yet in every Neo Zeon MS group there were at least 2 Gazas not to mention all the ones we see in Palau. Were the rest of the Geara Zulus on the Rewloola and the Musaka that was escorting it? Either what MS and ships left in Neo Zeon by the end of the episode would not matter considering the ending of the episode.

All in all, I enjoyed all the cameos on episode 7, especially the Zssa, Ga-Zwomn and the Regelgu. All those MS look very good with the Geara Doga's weapons. I was surprised that the Gelgoog managed to survive the fight that long being such an antique. That Gigan was very unexpected as a cameo MS. The Schuzrum Galluss and the Zssa team were amazing. Its pretty interesting how apparently the Schuzrum Gallus latches onto the Zssa's booster for propulsion instead of having thrusters. So much potential for new models.

Another thing I noticed on the Zaku III:
The Zaku III has a spiked shoulder that looks more like the Zaku III Custom's shoulder unit, rather than the normal rectangular shield it had. The beam cannons in the waist appear to have been replaced by sub-arms.

Where did the Gelgoog appear? I only spotted the Regelgu.
