I think what E08 means is that a Chinese fan who understand Japanese translated MG AGE-1 manual then E08 translated the result to English. Simple as that. Anyway, less than an hour to Big Ring massive battle!

Mecha related things from newest episode other than AGE-1 Flat above:
-There is another Diva class ship (or two?) painted in blue
-Magician 8 (X-Rounder team) use Zedas R with gold patches instead of red
-Gafran is still widely used along with Baqto
-Khronos debut. The handheld gun is a gatling

AGE-1 minus the AGE system I assume as there is no glowing A on its chest?

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

That would be my assumption as well - we know from IIRC, Dique's dialog that the AGE-1 was to be refit so it could function without the AGE Device/AGE System. I presume this AGE-1F is the result of that.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

The new, blue Diva-class ship seems to have some upgrades. Longer, straighter hangar bays, more catapults and more guns.

That blue ship looks like a mix between Diva cruiser mode (front hull) and assault landing mode (rear section) as seen from this side view and front view. Apparently they trade the cannon for more MS catapult, not that we know if Diva mega cannon is still functional or not.

We might as well identify the blue ship by its name, which is Amadeus.

I don't think we've ever seen a mobile suit with white eyes before, like the AGE-1F.

And is this real?

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

I have been trying to figure out how the Vagan forces are organized, especially regarding their ships' MS capacity. After checking some of the larger battles (except for Ambat), here's what I found:

Fardain:
Fa Bose x1 + MS x30 + MS x6
30 MS originally detected along with the ship and 6 more were seen launching in mid-battle, including the Zedas. These 6 might have been the reserve forces of the UE during said battle.

Minsry:
Cruiser x2 + MS x10

Shoal Zone:
Cruiser x2 + MS x09

Big Ring:
Fa Bose x5 + MS x111 + X-rounder MS x10 + reserve MS?

111 reguar MS, 10 Zedas R exclusively for X-rounders, and whatever reserves that the Vagan deploy by the end of battle, when the situation has worsened. In Fardain the reserves forces was at least 6 MS, including the Zedas, which is about one fifth of the forces originally deployed, or basically using the sixth part of their total forces as reserves. If that is the case, the reserves forces during the battle at Big Ring could amount to around 24 MS, bringing their total numbers to almost 150 MS.

I also checked the firepower of the UE ships in the form of number of turrets:

Cruiser: 3 double turret gun, 6 single turret mode.
Fa Bose: 36 double turret gun, 54 single turret mode.

In the later's case, besides having the 27 openings per side, it has 3 more double turrets on the opposing faces of the hexagon formed, for a total of nine. Out of the 90 openings, a third of these have double turrets and the rest are single turrets. All these double turrets are found in the central line of each side.

Finally, the Vagan fortress can probably hold 6 Fa Bose giant warships (it has been seen with 5 docked at a time in a symetrical way, indicating that there's a spot for a sixth ship). Which means that if they had 6 Fa Bose warships, each with a MS complement as large as the Fa Bose deployed at Fardain (36 MS, including reserves), they could potentially have 216 MS + whatever amount of MS their fortress itself can hold.

"Rough picture, fan cleanup kanjikanjikanji.". So, sort of. It's not a million miles away from the images we've seen of toys etc by now.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

That's a fan image based on the leaked shot we got during the first generation, essentially a cleaned up version of the early design of the AGE-3. It's not official art and it doesn't reflect what the AGE-3 will actually look like, based on the recent batch of toy/model shots. It's an interesting reminder of What Might Have Been, nothing more.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

The final gun is definitely different and the whole MS less bulky.

Ten bucks says the gun will have DODS in its name.

NOTE: If you have to explain or otherwise point out your joke, you should rethink your joke.

According to this, it apparently isn't even called a DODS Rifle.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

So, does it actually mention the name in that scan?

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw it on AGES. Funny how my last post came not so long before the name is revealed. Was hoping I'd lost the bet much later at least.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II

Age-3's "Wear A" is apparently called Fortress.

The 3rd generation Vagan/Veigan ace unit is キラーガ.
