is there any information on this mobile suit it seems odd that the titans would this and not a 4th gundam and do it in the aeug colors.

The design in that illustration is an adaptation of the "Nise Gundam Mk. II" ( にせガンダムMk-II , meaning "Fake Gundam Mk. II"), from SD Gundam, which was never meant to fit into continuity.
You can see it in the bottom right corner of this image, between the Super Gundam and the regular Nise Gundam (which is based on a Zaku and the RX-78, instead of a Hizack and the Gundam Mk. II):
