It's a book/webcomic called Megatokyo. It kinda says it right there on the page. I happen to like it a lot, but I only read it in book form. Haven't heard anything about the next volume.... Why is it the wrong week to quit drinking, Bright? Kudos for dropping the poison. =p

As for the age of the megatokyo comic, that was one for the first ones, back when they still used the four part comic format and the jokes were still funny.

As mentioned before, it's from the movie Airplane!. Rent the movie sometime, and be prepared to laugh out loud. HARD.

The image I posted, it's Reiji, Xiamou....and someone else I can't remember. They were the "originals" back in NamcoXCapcom, and appear in SRW OG Saga: Infinite Frontier.
