Howdy, ma'am.
Apophis is a bitch, huh?
I don't mean to pick on you for being new again, but generally the wait-time before an artist doubleposts is usually 3 days. A post edit is usually expected before then. I'm not being mean to you; I just want to help you get used to things around here. =) I am trying my best to encourage everyone to comment often enough so that the artists in the forum don't go without reviews or commentary, but my influence is very small so far. I can only lead by example. Perhaps you can help, too, Phoenix? =)
As for your actual work, I can tell you that your photoshop skills are good beyond my comprehension. (I'm just learning how to vector color at this point. Yes, kinda pathetic.) Still, I can tell a good artist when I see one.

I saw one of your wallpapers in Sandrum's flickr stream. Pretty famous, eh? This might be a minor detail, but I really appreciate the fact that you cared to blend your text and signature with the rest of the work. Too often I see wallpapers with poorly done text that stands out so much it burns the retinas.
And yeah, the Gundam does look pretty naked, haha. It almost looks like it was molested and left to die, as much as a mobile suit can leave that sort of impression. In a way it's both funny and depressing.

While the setting you made was very good, I don't think the subject matter draws so much attention. The 78 doesn't look so good when it's dead.

As for destroyed Gundams, I always preferred
this image. Yes, it has much less landscaping potential (none, apparently) but the MS itself carries itself well in the image. And from what I have seen, people actually suck at doing Wing Zero wallpapers for some reason. They expect the MS design to do all the visual impact, and what they actually contribute themselves as artists is pretty sub-par. (I'm not suggesting a request or anything. I'm just giving my say on this wallpapering business in general.)
Phoenix, I think you're probably the only wallpaper creator on this forum. The only wallpaper maker I've ever personally come across, to be honest. Many of the people here may not have the want or ability to critique you, but I'll sure try my best. Please keep working hard, and it would make me very happy if you became more involved with the community here. We're trying hard, too, you know? Anyhow, take care. =o
