Not quite a psycommu fortress, it's just a three-Newtype-piloted/powered diamond-shaped TMA.

Re: New interview with Jerry Chu on Bandai/Gundam history...
Haven't listened to it yet, but i remembered this: http://www.mahq.net/rants/interviews/jchu.htm . Don't know if there's some intersection between the topics of the two, but it's there.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk II
You may have known Glory of Losers previously as "Glory of the Defeated". Back to topic, I do hope that this new story (in whatever form it may take) flesh out more concepts of the AGE-universe, particularly the past wars they keep on teasing about. What they're doing in the opening narrat...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk I
Don't know where to post this but if Zalam's Zilas are a bit lacking on the Zaku homage (being more on the Borjarnon Custom color-wise), the Zalam pilot suit more than makes up for it. Can anyone care to post pics?

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk II
Lots of good stuff this episode. -Don Boyage died like a man with his two lackeys but accomplished little in the immediate and practical scheme of things, though I hope his death will cement the Zalam-Euba alliance for future events. That scene brought to mind Kittan (especially with the "huma...

If it's for Unicorn, I don't mind seeing Silver Bullet coming after Doven Wolf and/or Gundam Mk.V. But I do root for more [Refined] Barzam love.

Re: Burke's First Impressions of Gundam 00!
Are you talking about the red GN particles infecting a certain someone or two? If so, yeah, it could have been compelling, but GN magic saves the day rather than letting the tension reach its tragedy or something more consequential. What are you referring to exactly? I think he's referring to Lasse...

Isn't there another theory that says that Cima's group were the ones who gassed Shiro's home colony?

Re: Burke's First Impressions of Gundam Seed Destiny!
The Saviour is bloody awesome, Athrun should get shot for not using it to its full potential. One of the Hobby Japan magazines had a beautiful article where someone customized the Saviour into the CE's Zeta Gundam. It was an absolutely stunning work that actually made me want to see it as a HG mode...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk II
A nice touch I thought was that the colony core seemed to have an abundance of plants to generate oxygen and what definitely looked like cabbage to serve as food as well. I'm sure we'll never see much about this again, but I thought it was a nice extra detail to add in to sort of show its self suff...

Re: Upcoming Models, Merch, & Rumors XI
That's just plain hilarious. I can already guess what the Blitz's will most likely be, too. The Blitz's effect part will be for its grappler hook-thingy. But an extra torso part with a slit for the Sword Strike's sword works too. I always thought of something similar for MG The O; an extra torso pa...

Probably an MP version of the AGE-1, and will be the main grunt suit by the time the AGE-2 comes out.

And FA Unicorn also has a beam polearm/tomahawk to boot. Booster stands make me wonder whether this will be another display piece MG, a la MG Ex-S.
Edit: a trip to the Unicorn mecha thread tells me that that thing is a Hyper Beam Javelin.

Re: Mobile Suit Rollout Timeline
This made me think of something, do we have any idea how widely produced the Core Fighter is? White Base has a couple (Five, IIRC), and presumably more are built for some of the other mobile suits that are running around (I don't know which extraneous Gundams might need them, but presumably the var...

Genoace Custom has always given me that Unicorn Gundam+Tallgeese vibe, just as the Genoace reminded me of Cannon Ilefuto from Turn A.Homeless wrote:http://i.minus.com/ieqHTS.jpg

Re: MBF-P04 & MBF-P05
A quick trip to Gundam Wiki tells us that the Green Frame has an AI assist system (modified from the one on the Strike Rouge) and was modifide by Lowe as a defense-oriented suit. On the other hand, the Mirage Frame was nothing more than spare parts by the time of the Heliopolis attack; said parts ca...
