I have a question. In episode 20, after revive ruined the 0-Raiser they said 00 couldn't launch while they were fixing it. Why not? Sureley 00 could have launched then Saji could have taken the 0-Raiser out to him when it was ready like they did when 0-Raiser was rolled out.

You can buy special paint for that very purpose which drys clear like a laquer. But they're generally more expensive, I've always found a standard marker pen to work though. For example I did the GN Condensors on my Exia model with a green Sharpie.
