Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II
The latest episode confirmed one thing we predicted but never shown in promo art: Dark Hound can transform into strider mode. And it looks cool actually.

Re: First Impressions of Turn A Gundam
I know. That's one of the things I can remember both irritating and amusing me when I watched Turn-A years ago. After a while, you'd think it'd get easier to tell them apart. But it really doesn't. Quite the opposite, in fact. When those two standing side by side, Kihel's skin tone is noticeably da...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
Besides, you really think AGE is actually better than X? Seriously? No, I like both. I was just talking from business standpoint, mere 0.002% difference won't make Sunrise exec will suddenly put X in pedestal. If they consider below 3% as failure, then X is also a failure. Now to slightly related t...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II
As for the Shaldoll we only see a few flying on the sub-lifters, through that same damn image of the Adele Cannon and Flight System that had been reused what four times in the course of the two episodes dedicated to this battle? There's also one damaged Shaldoll seen during Kio's tunnel run. Intere...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
YES! Finally, Gundam X will finallly be seen as the masterpiece that it is and Sunrise will realize how foolish they were to continue doing crappy AUs like AGE instead of badass ones like AW. How come X will be seen as "masterpiece" if it only has 0.002% rating difference than AGE? I thin...

Re: Folding shields
Yeah, those delicate parts and mechanism for the rifle will be easily ruined by the impact. For shields with cannons or missiles behind them, it's ok since those are just secondary weapon. But for GX, that rifle is its primary weapon.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II
Seems like my expectation came true, I spot at least one Genoace II and one (destroyed) Shalldol Custom. The official site is also updated with profile for Adele II (or mk.II?) . Lastly, Diva reverted back to its cruiser form somehow. No new unit for Vagan this week, although the official site final...

Re: Upcoming Models, Merch, & Rumors XI
These kind of things happened before. We've been through screw-less and polycap-less revolution way back. I don't remember when Bandai start to omit screws from MGs, but I clearly remember people reaction after MG F91 announced to be the first MG with zero polycap. The removal of screws is successfu...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II
The one on the top seems to have optional mode where those green things jutting out of its body. I said optional because those things appeared on the model but not on the lineart.
Just like Ghirarga does. This could mean something.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
I Understood all of that as well, but the traitor paused for a moment when she saw the door closing, which gave plenty of time for someone to boost after her. The Clanche are quick suits. They may not have stopped her inside the Diva, but they would have had time to catch up to her. You know that M...

^Thanks
Spoiler
Then the encounter with Visidian in episode 34 will be a short one. And it will be interesting to see that "treasure" role in the story.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Mecha Thread Mk II
Yeah, I think I was too surprised with Gafran's appearance that I forgot that one Dorado appearance on the same scene. On Federation side, I was expecting older machines than Adeles like Genoace II or Shalldol (not counting Obright's). Considering we have old OYW units as cameo in Zeta during Jaburo...

Notable mecha-related stuff from the latest episode: -Adele cannon returning -Adele with jungle color and hover legs(?) -One jungle Adele inside the base seems to have different type of beam rifle, while those on the outside still used their old DODS Gun. -The aquatic Vagan MS is named Wrozzo, profi...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
If anything the Gunhale family is getting more important role in each generation. Dique started as just a freeloader in Diva although later he became Vargas' assistant. Then his daughter helped the Asunos in combat as teammate, while Dique himself holds key position as AGE Builder operator and chief...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
Wootbit's anger even though he didn't know Kio was exactly what you would expect from someone who had to work to get where he is, and doesn't see Kio's side of things, though I wish it could have taken a bit longer to resolve. I'm glad it's resolved quickly. I don't want this less-important plot po...

Re: AGE Models
As for the AGE kits tho, weren't they releasing and selling the Titan and Sparrow parts separately? If that's what they did with the AGE-1 kits, i'd think they'd continue to do so. I don't know a whole lot about the AGE kits so take this with a grain of salt. The only AGE kit I have is a HG 1/144 o...

Re: First Impressions of Turn A Gundam
First of all what is with that guy from the Bronx that shouts out TURN A GUNDAM right before the main theme song starts up? That's worth some lulz. To tell you how that reversed A symbol spelled. They even put "Called Turn A Gundam" right below the title, just to make sure. It's like, &qu...

Re: First Impressions of Turn A Gundam
Wait, what? Someone called Tsuki no Mayu the 2nd ED song "bleh"? That song always give me a shiver, it's so beautiful and very fitting for Tun A. As for the series itself, it's enjoyable and I only dislike Tomino's weird dialogue. Okay, maybe some minor characters too like Red team.
