Re: Wire-guided remote weapons question
Another plus, though not really mentioned anywhere would be that a wired system would be unaffected by Unicorn's ability to take remote weapons, since it was external signal based. In episode 6 Unicorn Gundam took over the remote weapon claw from Rozen Zulu by physically touching the wire. Well, it...

Re: Upcoming Models, Merch, & Rumors XI
(Side note but... slight pet peeve. Technically, given the way the parts are, it's not really based on the real grade (It seems to have a real inner frame) and the part splits aren't the same. It's based on the G30th Gundam design.) I thought the same. Which is why I am hoping this will result in M...

Re: Official Gundam AGE: Memory of Eden Thread Mk I
The new PV is now online on the official website. It showed they expanded the highschool arc by animating the stuff we only saw by still screens / photographs in the ED originally. Weirdly enough, AGE-1 Swordia wasn't in it, although a few days ago a new screenshot confirmed Swordia will indeed be a...

Re: MS-18E Kampfer for space combat?
In Ecole Du Ciel, the Kampfer Prototype was used in space to great effect. But yea, keep in mind the fuel consumption and the armor being easily pierced. Which both can be an issue for space use. The prototype version does seem to have more armor, so you might want to use that instead. AGF-Antoine

Re: Why no F91 love?
I would also love to get some Late HGUC's. Not only F91, but also Victory Gundam. Ofcourse Crossbone Gundam would be neat as well (and would also actually sell prolly). And while G-SAVIOUR was horrendous, the lineart versions of some units from it were neat. At the very least I would like a HGUC-ver...

Re: I-Fields and Beam Sabers
Well, yes and no. You're describing the scene accurately - Kincaid blocks a shot from Harrison's F91 by layering the X-1's beam shields and beam zanber - but there's one less I-field than you think. According to the technical data, the beam zanber doesn't use an I-field the way normal beam sabers d...

0 Gundam, SDGO-style!
Sadly my Photoshop/GIMP skills are not yet good enough to produce custom things with effects.
So I just resized this pic that was featured on the Gundam Wiki.

Re: Official Gundam Games & Upcoming Releases Thread Mk IV
http://www53.atwiki.jp/gandam_breaker/pages/23.html This ought to at least help a little. Nice, the game isn't even out yet, yet there is a wiki already. Ofcourse this might also be related to there being a playable demo version. Rarity colors: White → Blue → Purple → Red → Yellow Ah, so purple isn...

Re: I-Fields and Beam Sabers
Godzorla from Victory Gundam used it's beam sabers as beam cannons as well. Also, in Crossbone I think I recalled a moment of the I-Field of the beam blade blocking the remains of a VSBR-shot after it passed through a double layer of beam shields. In this sense I think the I-Field of a beam saber mi...

Re: Presenting the New Shuffle Alliance MSes!
Contrary to statements made in this topic. The leg claws of Double Dragon actually remind me of something in Gundam itself. Namely, the foot/leg claws of Chaos Gundam: http://dalong.net/review/seed/d102/p/d102_17.jpg http://dalong.net/review/seed/sh19/p/sh19_13.jpg More rather, they look directly li...

Re: Official Gundam Games & Upcoming Releases Thread Mk IV
There does indeed seem to be an update for the Beta, which will finally introduce the mysterious "Modules" we've seen on the customization menu. It will also add some new parts, but the only ones we know about seem to be Strike Freedom and 00 Gundam/Raiser. I'm just eager to get a GN Swor...

Re: Official Gundam Games & Upcoming Releases Thread Mk IV
Indeed you can! Any weapons that are built into an MS' body parts can be used as Options, of which you can have 6 total (cost permitting); you can also assign items such as Repair Kits to these slots. Option weapons allow allow you to use things like Freedom's Hi-MAT Full Burst and Heavyarms' Full ...

For an April Fools joke, I gotta say, I actually really like some of those designs actually.
Edit: Huh. Turns out they are actual designs from a VN.

Indeed, this one to be exact.

Re: Official Gundam Games & Upcoming Releases Thread Mk IV
In some ways it is. Though in AGE the head and torso were combined, much to my chagrin. Also, the issue I had with AGE was the lack of painting or anything like that, at least in this game, as many people as there are going "OMG UGLY FRANKENS I DON'T WANT IT" on gamefaqs and GG, honestly,...

Re: Official Gundam Games & Upcoming Releases Thread Mk IV
Is anyone willing to pay the $90 and get this around launch? Yes, I am totally getting this ASAP. I have been waiting for this kind a game ever since I got inspired by Gunpla Builders Beginning G. I hope to play with some MAHQ people sometime. I think adding in all those "sub-zones" would...

Re: The Gundam SEED Destiny HD Remaster Thread
Well, they did fix my biggest gripe with the original OP: The MS not being lined up/alligned with the proper pilots . Also love the recoloring detail on Dearka's Gunner ZAKU Warrior again . And on many scenes they expanded the background, allowing the MS to be shown more properly. ( shown most notab...

Re: The Gundam SEED Destiny HD Remaster Thread
Did you happen to read those stuff from wiki? For the main series, wiki may still be ok but the sidestories are quite often another story.... As for your second question, the story did not elaborate much but the gap seems to be due to difficulty in collecting MS data. I'm afraid so, and yes I am aw...

Re: A Typical Episode of Gundam Seed Destiny
Thanks to some people mentioning this in some other topics, I finally got to ROFL about this as well. The thing I was missing is Irei Haru from Gunpla Builders Beginning G . He could have been great together with Kio , especially because for him fighting actually IS a game. Ofcourse Sven Cal Bayang ...
