I didn't say anything about being better-written, I just enjoy a bit of old-fashioned comic book nonsense. I think there's potentially a very interesting discussion to be had about Zeon and their portrayal by different Japanese writers. I know there are people around here that can probably go into better detail on this, but culturally there's things that play into it like glorification of lost causes/war...

You can still like them. But you have to accept that they willingly fought for an unquestionably evil force, and in some cases (sup Henken) downplayed that unquestionable evil. I just want to give everybody a heads-up: things have been put in motion to open up a second RPG again. If you have an idea you are really desperate to submit, then you should get it ready fairly soon - there is no hard deadline yet, but time will become an issue sooner rather than later.

I own this kit, and I have to say it's probably my favorite of all the ones I own (and that includes the perfect grade RX-78 and Zaku II). It's nice and sturdy, it poses well, and yes the hands are amazing for its age.
