alpha 2 and three have the same squad system, it's only slightly more complicated and not as diverse as Z's Z had the three formations and whatnot, alpha 2 and 3 just have "stick a bunch of units together, each has a different size, all you can do is support with platoon attacks" hilarious...

Myself, I beat OG1s recently but haven't played OG2s in weeks. I mucked around on MX earlier this week, but personally I should probably be trying to play through Alpha 2.
