There are more out there than just those two. Gerbera Tetra had arm-mounted weapons, for example, as did certain Gelgoog variants if memory serves me correctly. It's not common, probably due to the danger of losing such weapons to simple arm damage, but it's more prevalent than it seems.

Anything that uses Ocean Group's talent is a good dub, IMO. That the majority of anime don't just serves the premise that most dubs stink and the subtitle is the way to go. Yes, it's elitist, but I prefer good dubs to be rare and special and stick to subtitles for the majority of my collection.
