Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk IV

I find it funny that the Rewaboo employs the future rifle of Sinanju. So much for Sleeves developing a high accuracy rifle for a stolen unit; now does this rifle presents anu advantace to the bazooka-like rifle that the Stein had?

Re: Obari Masami thread

I loved Obari's work since knowing that he redesigned Compatible Kaiser. That thing is awesome, quite a tribute to the shows of yore. I love it more when learned that he designed the original Dancougar and created the "Obari Sword Poser" -remember when Zengar grabs the Zankantou with Daize...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk III

@Zeonista: you are right. I actually went to check that on a friend's MG Jesta. Seems like bandi designers don't get the full scoope on what they are doing sometimes.

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk III

I'm sort of on the side of hoping that we'll get a big FA VS MA clash, with the FA Unicorn tearing apart the Neo Zeong until the Sinanju core is all that's left (maybe while the Banshee takes on the Kshatriya), and THEN we get our curb stomp once the two Unicorns unite. Is is possible that the Neo ...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk III

... -The shield doesn't appear to have the I-Field Generator from the draft novel, funny how it would exchange the 5 front mega particle cannons for just a grenade launcher...... Maybe an energy issue -you know to save power for acceleration and such- or just a tactic to deal with an I-field equipp...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

You know, I didn't liked the ending -it was way too rushed like the staff thought that they still have 12 episode left and realized they weren't getting a third season. But I liked much better after reading all the discussion here, specially Striker Zero trying to sell MJP as a better series where V...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Well, subs finally came out so I could actually watch the thing. Here's our situation: Haruto lied and deceived his closest friend about his transformation for no good reason. Saki is taking the most roundabout route possible for making her feelings for Haruto clear for no good reason. Shoko refuse...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Well I guess the final episode will be a special feature n space-CNN about the vampire illuminati. Aside from that, there is no way they can wrap anything -but having A-drei freeing Saki sure helps getting things in motion. I don't see a fleet wide assault in gundam tradition as a finale. At the mos...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Jesus, I saw this episode late last night -or was way too early today- and I was shocked. I just couldn't believe the bloody massacre performed by ARUS at behalf of the 101. On top of that sensei dude bites the dust big time. . I don't think the people of module 77 had anyway to prevent this. Even i...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

... It was a bit of a surprise to me at first as well. But then it was revealed he had a motive, and everything sort of clicked. L-Elf is not a character to win fans' hearts, but he has a lot of cool traits. He is my favorite male character, along with A-Drei the rational royalist. Absolute bastard...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk III

Banshee Norn Gundam mode is a safe bet. Didn't thought about it. As for other guesses, I think the aren't on the money. If it is a cannon fodder it should be featured in this episode like the Dwage back in "At the bottom of the gravity well". Any way how many gunpla has Bandai pulled of th...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Boy gee howdy, Haruto sure is lucky to have such a swell guy for a father! I mean, how thoughtful of him, going through all that trouble in order to advance the evolution of humanity. The guy is nothing short of a patron saint! And now Haruto's decided to destroy the Valvraves, huh? So, h...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk III

Most likely. Now what do they have left to display? For one whatever Full Frontal is riding in the next chapter -but I guess is to early for Gunpla to spoil that one. Aside from that I don't think they have anything short of left-field throw like a HGUC Efreet or a Guncannon Detector

Re: Valvrave: mecha discution and speculation

I loved the scene in episode 17 where the Valvrave flies through the dark with the two familiars next to it. It does seem fitting for its namesake: a crow that comes to the battlefield to steal human bodies. As for the mecha facts in the story; ain't it curious that Haruto was able to almost fall on...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Maybe she'll get sacrificed, but I'm not lucky enough for that to happen. It's more likely than you think. Killing Shoko would be the perfect way to complete Haruto's journey towards becoming a Dark Hero™, a tragic figure who must STEEL his resolve so that he may take all SINS of he and his friends...

Re: Valvrave: mecha discution and speculation

Does any body think that this week harakiri blade blast was increased because of being produced in an atmosphere? As for the Kirschbaunms, Dorssia sure has to develop a freaky energy source to keep those things walking. Still it was only one unit -the other kept going just fine. Sure you will deplet...

Re: Valvrave the Liberator thread Mk II

Wow Marie's character development was tossed into the wind. Literally. This episode left me speechless. It was so sad and so awesome. Doesn't anybody think that Marie's memory loss was connected to the extra green glow from valvrave 1's transamish assault on the Dorssian Forces? for one think I'm no...
