Simply put, the Sazabi's cockpit pod/ball is just that - a ball designed to shield the pilot from whatever harm or damage that the MS's frame cannot handle. I imagine life support for a few days or so. I'm not sure about propulsion though. It's very much different from the Primrose, which clearly ha...

Reason is that i wanted to get the striker weapon system for 1/144. But I guess ill boot them out. I was hoping to spend less than $250 on the list but i guess not :( Thanks for the tips!!! Yeah that's what I did with my 1/144 Strike too, bought an HGGS 1/144 Aile Strike then also bought the FG Swo...

As far as the animation in Stargazer has shown, yeah we've not seen much footage of the Noir doing crazy-G maneuvers a-la-dogfight. But the way I think of it, the Noir's wings provide lift in an atmospheric environment. Thrusters' not the only things you need to fly in an atmosphere, you also need c...

Not surprising, as Macross II was regarded with less interest by most Macross fans. It's pity really, because they have very very good mecha design. The story wasn't that bad either, if you can get over the cheesy parts of the plot. That aside, here's something I Googled, looks like RPG mecha stats,...

Me and some friends back here in the Philippines have ordered (and still are ordering to this day) from rainbowten and we have not encountered any problem with their shipment. Had some delays, but other than that all items arrived safe and sound. (There was one incident though that involved a fire i...

Well, an HGUC kit is out of the question, as it's name clearly shows that it's only Universal Century kits. 8) However, an HG 1/144 or MG non-Gundam kit may stand some chance (Albiet, less than 1%, given there are still many worthy Gundam designs out there). I want to say Bandai has tossed in one o...

A good buddy of mine on a different site suggested that - burn the KY figure to make it look like he's been Amalfi'd, and pose Destiny with the ASBS slicing into the burned section. Lolness, that was me! Soldering rods out, people! Why bother with soldering rods or irons?? I say bring out the...

I guess this is as practical as it gets, Velcro is relatively cheap to manufacture, as opposed to, say, wearing magnetic boots (expensive and needs a surface that can be magnetized) or some artificial gravity solution (waaay too expensive and complex).

Yes, Bendi bootlegs have proliferated here in the Philippines for quite some time before, most of the kits they "pirated" were from the Gundam Wing series, although I think they also had some from Gundam X. There's another brand here, I think it's "Mogadishu" something, can't rem...

^Seconded. Hong Kong actually has a number of legit, and much-cheaper-than Japanese-MSRP stores. I very skeptical to this -- especially the part about lower Gunpla prices in China. For one thing, every Gundam kit that I've purchased, is marked with the term "Made in Japan". Hmm.... :? Dud...

I think that bazooka mount was just a gimmick for the MG GM. The GM should still be able to grab its saber, even though the MG can't. It should be more maneuverable than a model, right? As to why they kept the left side beam saber only, maybe it was to do a quick grab and slash similar to what the ...

The Ingram wasn't designed to patrol a regular beat like a cop, it's a emergency response vehicle. The regular police stills handles the day to day crimes and investigations, SV2 handles emergencies the police aren't equipped to handle like an out of control construction labor. All the more practic...

Is that so? Then how was a highly classified and guarded MS stolen from ZAFT? To my knowledge, they never did anything about it, why is that so? Ahmm... remember when the Freedom got stolen?? (Yes Lacus led Kira to it, but it still qualifies for theft) Although I'm not sure if it is indeed as "...

Really? You're a MP member too? Cool haha :P I guess I conned you in turn then :P Well like most people have said, Bandai might not be taking too much risks with Unicorn gunpla, seeing as it's just a manga (or novel? whichever it is) and with the upcoming OO stuff as well as more HGUC particularly C...

I've mentioned it a few times elsewhere in this forum already, but if you lookup the phrase Schwert Gewehr literally means "Sword Rifle", so there you go. Although almost never used, the feature is there in the ASSwords, but of course they looked flashier and more awesome being used as a h...

Yes, the Freedom and Justice were built to fly right from the start, but why? jam's p...
