Kirara destroyed Build Strike to try and win and we don't throw her in that category. Most of the stuff done against them is relatively tame. I mean, we had YZak blow up a bunch of civilians in SEED and we wouldn't label him a villian. Antagonist maybe, but unless they're out to cause serious damage...

Remember, there's really no villains in GBF, with exception of maybe the Renato Bros, the Nemesis programmer, and well that's about it. Even Adou, who seemed like he was evil from Yuuma's view, seems pretty nice. We are about happy endings here because Gunpla is freedom!

Fumina's carry in this is made so much better almost because of how the show has been styled. She's never been the person who's decided any of the fights UNTIL now. I liked this episode. Decent storytelling and not a robot of the week in sight.

They're basically the Renato twins from Season 1, as Triplets. Explosives, cheap strikes, sleight of hand, traps, all they need is SD suicide squads and they're done.

I prefer the movie ending. Taking it like macross zero's melancholy is much more effective than that unresolved series ending. I mean, SOMEONE DIED IN THE SERIES.

You know, if there hadn't been a 6-month break between the end of S1 and the start of S2, I don't think that the end of S1 would have been that bad. Mid-season plot-closer works just fine for a person watching straight. But for 6 months, probably not worth.
