Well, in that case they'd have to change the name of the show to "7."

Sometimes you have to fiddle around with the lettering to get something even remotely pronouncable. I had a friend whose surname came out to "Brnew", so we changed it to "Bernu", which was more workable. Hmm… I come out to "Andsa Berred." Not bad, maybe I'll make turn it into a cameo in my book. ...

Under this weird system my name came out as "Cardi Doorl". I would later use it as my name in anime-centric communites such as this one (my general-use internet handle is "Mr. Belpit") but I've basically used it constantly for about ten years. "Oh, Mr. Belpit, your legs are so swollen!" Yeah, go Mo...

Yeah, Ravager, that was my one big complaint. I mean, come on! I want to see dozens of ships blowing the crap out of each other… though the (censored) and the (censored) doing a double broadside down the sides of the (censored) pretty much makes up for it. Sorry about censoring out the names, but ...

Watched it last night. Agreed: an axcellent example of a movie. Lots of great fight scenes, lots of humor, a bit of a sad ending (not giving it away for those who haven't seen it yet!) and we get to see just how crazy Jack Sparrow really is.

razgriz, do you mean Fred Phelps? If so, I completely agree with you. I had to play him in my theater's production of "The Laramie Project…" it is so scary to even hear those words, let alone say them. People who'd known me all my life were shocked to hear me speaking like him.

Great... more of the same crap CE is pulling now. What will SEED copy next? :( The school of the Undefeated of the East! The winds of the King! Shenshin! Kayretsu! Tempakyoren! Look! The East is Burning Red! Seriously, Kira's caught beam swords in his MS' bare hands, so catching beam shots is the n...

This is just a rumor but Gendy Tranacosky (ingnore man's name) is going to back and finish Samurai Jack. That said mabye there is hope for Megas. Okay, my last addition to my list: Samurai Jack (one of the most artistic and interesting shows out there) Invader Zim (I've got to sing the doom song no...

Let me think… Firefly, The Muppet Show, Futurama, and The Big O. Regarding The Muppet Show, I know that it wasn't canceled and Jim Henson just wanted to go on and do other projects, which I respect (think of The Far Side and Calvin and Hobbes compared to Garfield). In terms of Futurama, I know tha...

Well, mine's from "Newtype," my favorite tragic characters from all of Gundam (I mean, they went from the future of mankind to weapons of mass destruction to random freaks of nature. If that's not tragic, I don't know what is.) "87" is from 1987, which is when I was born. Now, on GOUF, I went as Fre...

I for one wouldn't be able to stand to see their original blocky designs in a live action movie, even if moderately facelifted. Not to say that I agree with all of these new designs - what I've seen from them - but I will reserve my opinion about the movie till I've actually, like, SEEN it .. Isn't...

It's funny… just yesterday I was thinking about we were at least a decade or so from cloaking technology, and here they say they're about three years away from a functional prototype. Of course, it could be ten or so years before they fix the problems of only working on a single frequency, but sti...

quick question about the ra cailum which im sure has been answered before but what are those long rippled panels that extend below and forward of the ship? are they some type of solar panel or radiator fin? I think they're supposed to be radiator fins. The Clop has 'em too, as does the Neo Zeon Mus...

3. Still seems a bit of a disappointment for a ship created over two decades later. Though as stated on 1, being able to operate in the atmosphere is quite a plus. Well, it was only created about five or six years after the Salamis Kai (Which came out in the mid-0080's), so the gap between the two ...

No problem. It's means she's pregnant. Don't worry about not getting it. Personally, I'd love to know where the phrase got started, because it makes no sense to me either.

Unfortunately, I'm not old enough to have enjoyed Knight Rider, nor have I ever seen it outside of parodies (Robot Chicken all the way!). It does look like a good series, however. Anyway, I was watching The Showbiz Show with David Spade last knight, and this is what he had to say on the subject: KIT...

Wow… thanks for that article yukikaze. I agree, we've got too little sex ed in schools. I mean, this was about eight years ago, but I only really got sex ed in fifth grade; after that it was mostly a refresher course, though we did talk about STD's in high school. THAT was something I was definite...
