I think that if Balls are counted for that they are probably included in the MS total. Mostly cause in other EB stuff they are counted with MS IIRC.

While Shin is on his way to visit Gilliarme when he hears a announcment for all the pilots to go to the general breifing room so he turns around and goes to the breifing room. When he gets there he salutes to any superior officers(if any) and moves away from the doorway but doesn't sit down.
