Re: Hi-Zack and psychological warfare
Hi-Zack is a good design. GM II is not. They have the GM. So zeonic put it in a Zaku frame. Give it the GM's best feature, the big shield, although the Hizack shield is kind of crap. Armor doesn't matter in Zeta period anyways beyond ballistics protection, and anti-beam coating. Basically their cho...

Re: Zaku II F2 Anti-Air Weapon
Good afternoon everyone, I was looking at the Robot Spirits Zaku II F2 figure coming out in November and noticed something interesting. From the press release: "The Zaku Machine Gun can be changed to a new anti-aircraft magazine model". Looking at the pictures the anti-aircraft model appe...

Re: Gelgoog Successors?
the MS-14J ReGelgu is as mentioned the last Zeon Refit of the original MS-14 done by the Axis Zeon to keep there gelgoogs current for training letting them keep up with newer ms. the MS-17 Galbaldy α line was the official secession from the MS-14 merging the Gyan tech with the Gelgoog tech. the EFSF...

Re: Questions about the GM Cannon
1 How much force would a 240 mm cannon exert on the GM Cannon when it fires? Would the machine's humanoid structure makes it unsuitable to bear that much force? 2. Why did they make the GM Cannon in the first place? The EFF had already mass-produced the Guncannon, as well as improved the concept wi...

Re: Gelgoog development acceleration?
Side note, I've heard that the Sherman isn't really built with all compatible parts, just that they ship the parts made in the same area(state?) to the same battle field and thus they don't have a maintenance problem, but if you take parts from a different production location, they can be so differ...

the games have the RX-78-Z1 Zeon's Gundam basically a RX-78-2 where depending on the game is a different unit. in Mobile Suit Gundam Gihren's Greed its a replica of the RX-78-2 made with Zeon tech and used the MS-14 shield and is poainted in all green. another bio has it just be a stock RX-78-2 that...

the MS-11 dis start out as the Gelgoog project up until Char managed to luck out on his top secret mission and stumbled on the Project V test site. the project was assigned a new model code YMS-14 and had its project goal reworked to match up to the RX-78-2 the YMS-13 project got reclassfied as a Za...

Re: Gihren as father of Glemmy, Puru and Alicia
Probably for lack of an appropriate sample of Char... and the fact that the original was still very much around to get cross about it. Neo Zeon only started trying to clone Char after Char was generally believed to be very very dead. Say, we know that SNRI has their hand on two AI based on Amuro an...

Re: How well can the Gyan operate on the ground?
That is with mobile suit parts. Weapons are a different thing. Gelgoog and Dom/Rick-doms have no problem or issues using Zaku weapons. Since the Gyan has the reactor strength, it should be able to handle the Gelgoog's beam rifle. The Zaku II weapons required a refit in order for the Dom and Gelgoog...

Re: OYW MS questions
the RGM-79D GM Cold Climate Type was developed first at Augusta base with the GM Command being based on it as a Colony focused unit. The GM Sniper units were both custom modification kits for the GM series the Sniper Custom was for the RGM-79 line while the II was aimed for the late model G type GM ...

Re: The revival of Core Block Technology in late U.C.
Say, on the topic of Late U.C. MS, which unit started the trend of intergrated non-handheld heavy weapons onto MS? I mean, the F-71, the F90, F91 (VBSR technically have handle for the hands to grab, though), Hardygun, Heavygun, Javelin, Victory Gundam (Overhang Pack), etc. either carry these types ...

Re: Is the Trafalgar-class still canon?
I hold a strange fondness for the Columbus-class, and by extension the Trafalgar-class, for their huge hangers on the sides. But it makes me wonder if the Trafalgar-class is still canon (is the Gundam novels considered canon?), and whether there is a reason for the Trafalgar-class creation? I mean,...

-Stuff- after reading that, the peeps at Harmony gold being like the martian successors came to mind. and also the elitist fans of some franchises. at the very least Power Rangers puts "based on -insert Sentai here-" on the credits. did Harmony Gold not even dod that? and since Golion/Vol...

That cameo was of the actual The Gundam Base Tokyo attraction. http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/The_Gundam_Base_Tokyo it has a 1:1 scale unicorn gundam in front. I also noticed that the entrance has a Anaheim Electronics sign on the building. https://www.gundamkitscollection.com/2017/08/life-size-unicor...

the old msv profile has the units deployed on March 20, U.C. 0078 but the Origin replaced it with the RTX-65.

Re: Why the Gouf was chosen for a flying model?
it looks like it was due to the Zeon Flying MS project being handled by Zeonic who used there new gouf model as an base for the project. the Dom High Speed Experimental Type was actually an derivative of the Gouf H type tech applied to an Dom frame but switched to faster hovercraft speeds than fligh...

It feels like they saw how World events managed to buy out Golion from toei and thought they had the same leverage. the only diffrence was that Golion bombed hard in Japan Macross is basically a major franchise in Japanese sci-fi.

I am indebted to Seto Kaiba for the behind-the-scenes financial shell game that has shorted HG for real productive work. The Agrama family are a real piece of work. I suppose having a "Hollywood company" is a good tax dodge, but it sure has screwed all of us for nigh on 30 years. Yeah, th...
