Anyone else think Arbor Lint = Armorment... I think these are the names for the innovators (ironically not very innovative names) and the missing scientists (but that is my "gut" opinion after looking into some screen shots not fact so no flaming please *ducks*).

Yea gonna miss it. One of the sites i checked daily no matter where i was. Hope someone takes up and fills the large void created by the closing. I wish both RGZ and Neo-Era the best luck.

I can't help but wonder if the way things turned out is not all do to the time-slot switch problem and all. Mean granted I'm not calling what happened that bad, but doesn't feel like consistent as was rushed so makes me wonder if the way things are happening are not revisions to the original intenti...

Or maybe she'll be the Federation's Emma Sheen. Not all female pilots have to be even a little bit deranged, so let's wait until we see her in action before casting the crazy stones. Edit: After all, 00 has done a pretty good job of derailing some of the more annoying Gundam tropes up til now. woul...

Space Colony question

Does it ever in Gundam (or any other show that involves them) ever talk about how long it takes to make them or resources (like money, amount of water, etc...) for your average space colony or any of them. Or even any references about their constructions?

A gunmetal black Gundam would work wonders for me, but I can't see that happening... oh wait, Strike Noir . That worked well enough. If you want something darker than SEED in terms of plot, 00 is shaping up well enough and it doesn't have nearly half as many colors per unit as most of the older sho...

Ignoring butcher-job "adaptions" like 4Kids One Piece, or the kiddy version individual DVD releases of TV Version Naruto, dubs never edit anything these days. It's the TV airings that are responsible for editing, in accordance with what they are willing to put on air. Occasionally the CN ...

It would be really hard in a way to have the film noir types work with gundam... People like colors and dark and moody doesn't really go well a lot of times. Mean Big O stopped with season 1 for awhile on huge cliffhanger, but Adult Swim (Yes they use to be great in the day) came and Payed for Seaso...

Hmmm... some of my picks Gundam Seed Destiny (Impulse versus Freedom): I am no way a Destiny lover (think step backwards from the potential seed had in revitalizing gundam, thank 00 for being there to make up for embarrassment and more), so this would normally be odd choice. This battle shows what c...

Anime Influence Live Action Movies

This is my follow up to Soul Bro's post on the Gundamn! blog and since knew nobody would talk about it really there thought be good idea to bring here. Well knew about all the movies being made except Ghost in a shell. I agree with everything Soul Bro says about it. Cowboy Bebop known about and once...

Yea Zeta is pretty dark in tone. Big O is amazing... both Big O and Batman have a gritty style typical of film noir feels, also the city helps give the vibe which would be impossible for space.. lol. :)

Don't think i ever quite finished Clannad, have to go back and check it. Eureka Seven and Gundam Seed definitly (well original deaths of tolle and nikol mean seeing your friends both cut by large sword and decapitated by a shield in front of you.. plus Mwu, want to consider Destiny as something that...

This is a great series. Never watched the dub, hope it isn't censored as there are times you are really in awe by what is happening (like death and cruelty of things) that occurs. Is a great anime, but is odd how not too cliche'd in aspects you'd think. Still love the director for naming important k...

I don't remember Starscream biting it in Armada, just that he did. Could you refresh my memory? Memory is shaky but: Starscream was actually real nice and really friendly with the girl. If remember he was basically good and like an autobot and he, in an effort to try and save everyone from upcommin...

I'd bet # 12. a warrant for action; justification. He feels that his father is and has been unfit to rule and neglected his obligations he has autority/justification for his actions.

I personally liked Mikhail.. but because liked him knew his days were numbered (any not main star character i like ends up usually dying)> I think his story wasn't side-tracked and while i was upset with his demise thought it was well done. KLan better kick some ass for him :)

By the way, I threw out ep 1 completely five or six times right before it reached final manuscript stage. I'm surprised Mr. OKOCHI wasn't angrier. (Hahahahah) According to the audio commentary, there were over 20 different versions of episode 1's script. Maybe he meant he had them actually write 5 ...
