I dunno, I was blown away by the sounds alone. It's already shaping up to be a fantastic upgrade from War Tapes.

Re: Battlefield 3

Longtime Battlefield player, myself, since BF1942. I've been waiting quite a while for this, and so far DICE is making the wait worth it. Aside from the textures, I was very impressed with the lighting and the sound in Fault Line and Thunder Run. I'll be picking up a copy for 360 and probably PC as ...

Yeah, I'll most likely going to pick that up. The remake of the original Halo is pretty interesting, too.

Re: What TV series are you watching? (on TV, DVD, VHS, ect)

In terms of TV stuff, I've just been watching Adventure Time and Regular Show. I remember watching the pilot episode when it was first put on Youtube and had been eagerly awaiting the seasons of Adventure Time ever since.

Re: What is your Computer Wallpaper?

Since I'm on my laptop now, I'll just share what I have on it. This was my most recent wallpaper. The original image was in pretty dimensions when I found it (about 11100x7200), and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to use it.

This is my current wallpaper.

He's got the Gundam equivalent of the Tohno Gland, in shota form. Every older woman who so much as sees him goes for him. A natural cougar trap.

Re: new Full Metal Panic novel

I'll look forward to it, even if only for the fact that it's more FMP!

I think I have a full-size version of the Arm Slave in the picture, I'll see if I can find it.

You could try the Getter Robo series. If you enjoy Gurren-Lagann, you're bound to love Getter Robo Armageddon.

Re: Random Mecha/Anime Image Thread, 9th Issue

Uso's straight-shota magnetism is considered one of the great powers to-be of Gundam, up there with Tomino's character development principle and Bandai's model kit sales.

Re: great gundam games

I think the game in that video was from the G Generation series, which are a bunch of turn-based strategy Gundam games in the same vein as Fire Emblem or Super Robot Wars. Encounters and Space and Gundam vs Zeta Gundam are both great recommendations in terms of games available in the US. EiS has a g...

Re: Random Mecha/Anime Image Thread, 9th Issue

I couldn't help but see Giant Instrumentality Rei when I saw Giant Madoka. I was kinda hoping Madoka would pull an Instrumentality and turn everyone into piles of Morning Rescue. The general bleakness of the series also veered me away from TTGL vibes. Though to each their own. I think of Nanoha bei...

Vent Noir wrote:For those who have seen the ending of Madoka Magica (and yes, this is actually mecha-related)
The ending to me kind of seemed closer to the likes of Evangelion than TTGL.

I haven't really been worrying about this whole mess as I haven't really been on PSN recently and only use those PSN cards to pay for content.
