i was surprised to see a region free version in akiba so i grabbed it. res evil 4 was one of my favorite games of all time, so i had high hopes. i fired it up last night and got immediately annoyed. The girl your with...annoying. I don't think she did a single thing that didn't annoy me to no end. F...

aikes, unicorn sturdy? when i first built it i had a devil of a time getting the hands to hold hold the rifle straight. because of the weight the rifle tends to want to lean into the body. also the armor plates that hold the shield tended to pop out on me when i was posing it. one more thing would b...

lost planet was the first game on 360 that i really liked. so, I'm really stoked about the sequel. I'm wary about the jungle levels though. I always thought running around in the snow was cool...but only time will tell

I made a special trip into akihabara to get a copy, and the whole place was sold out of arcade sticks. which is annoying considering they had plenty of older Hori ones the week before. Also annoying was the stack of import PS3 madcatz fightsticks at Azobit city, right next to an empty place and a sa...

i was a little shocked at the price too. but what must be done, must be done. seeing as this is my favorite mecha design (which is saying something) i guess that i will have to fork over the yen. but, it's definately going to sting. I will say i was hoping that would've slimmed it down, just a touch.

i picked up the water slide decals for the sinanju and also grabbed the robot damashi 00 raiser trans am set. i have to say once you get this monster set up it's pretty cool. the beam sabers are just massive. tonight i hope to pick up the HCM Pro Arios & GN Archer set. It's been an expensive hol...

went on an Akihabara spending spree (asobit city had a sale). Got the MG Sinaju, MG Char Zaku 2.0, Emsia Gundam MK. II Titans colours and finally found a Msia Buster Gundam, so i grabbed that too. For those in the Tokyo area, check it out if you haven't already, its a bit of a goldmine of Gundam pro...

I got mine on release day and i'm going to try to paint the gold in. it really doesn't look that hard, just time consuming. I picked up this months hobby japan, and by looking at their tutorial it seems to be the way to go. i was going to try to use the water transfer decals, but then the gold looks...

I went out and got the Robot Damashii Union Flag Custom II. I have to say this is a really good figure. If all the Robot Damashii are this good, then it's going to be an impressive line up.

When I did the Unicorn I had a really hard time with the dry transfer decals. I eventually just shelved the the whole thing and waited for the water transfer decals to come out. In my opinion they are much easier to work with. When doing the Unicorn I found the placement of some decals kind of trick...

Thats kind of a broad question. I did the converson, but i painted it as the F type. I think it turned out pretty good considering i had never tried anything like that before. So I guess that's one way to do it.

I got the Cherudim Gundam HCM Pro last weekend. I am really loving the 00 HCM pro line so far. Also just finished the MG Infinite Justice Gundam yesterday and found the turn A gundam for 15 dollars too, so i picked that up.

The HCM Pro holds poses really well. However, if you intend on playing with it alot, or re-posing it again and again, well you're probably going to be happier overall with the Robot Damashii. To answer your second question, you can mount the shields on the GN drives and and of course as a full shiel...

I own the HCM Pro and love it, its a great figure with great articulation. I was going to actually get the Robot Damashi too, but they had a demo version up and i didn't like it. Over all the detail wasn't as nice and honestly, it isn't as poseable as the HCM Pro. Off the top of my head the Robot Da...

i have a question about fable 2. I started playing yesterday, and as far as i can tell there is only one saved game at a time. usually with these kinds of game i like to finish the game past the tutorial stage, then save it, then try out different kinds of characters after that. so i might have 2 or...

grabbed fable 2 on the weekend. wanted to get dead space and force unleashed as well, but with Fallout 3 coming out next week, there is no chance i would ever have time to play them. its kind of frustrating when so many good games come out at once.

well, i bought this game on Saturday, and beat it Wednesday night. Not that it's a really short game either, it's just I'm really weak for the armored core. I have to say i loved fighting the AF's. I was disappointed with the difficulty level on some of the high ranked arena missions. I think the ha...

to sushicake,

i believe that is the 0 riser. it combines with the 00 Gundam somehow. There are some pics of the various toys for it online, although i dont have any links handy just at the moment.

finally cracked, and despite being essential broke went out and got the HCM Pro 00 Gundam. i literally just finished opening it and posing it, and i have to say this is one flexible mecha figure. other than that it's kinda a shame it didn't come with a stand but, oh well. the HCM Pro line continues ...
