Reconciling After Colony Stats question
So you have various sources for After Colony mobile suits that seem to give wildly different ideas of what the Tallgeese is capable of, some say it can accelerate at over 15G or is it 20G. But then others still I believe merely say it can pull maneuvers that put 12G's of stress on the pilot(basicall...

Re: CE pop and military numbers.
Apparently a lot of the information was also reprinted in the Perfect File, but also mentions Great Mechanics July (2013?, which is probably DX26): https://toro.5ch.net/test/read.cgi/shar/1371281808/98. There are a few actual pages posted that I assume the information is quoted from too, but you'll ...

CE pop and military numbers.
So recently there was a big thread on /m about various numbers for Cosmic Era as provided by, various Great Mechanics books. It's pretty neat stuff, obviously isn't covered in the anime like most of the deeper junk isn't but I'm curious if it's actually real or just something someone spent a lot of ...

Re: Striker Packs
Still pretty ridiculous since both the projectile and the target is under influence of celestial bodies' gravity. Space isn't completely empty. Even our current technology have enough technology to avoid that attack from hitting. Also, the words are pretty clear, "Effective range" It is s...

Re: Striker Packs
What's wrong with the Physics of a solid projectile traveling 380,000km in space? Just travelling, none. Effective range at that? Impossible against moving targets. The original 10000km is already very far fetched. Well it doesn't specify what kind of targets it's maximum effective range is rated a...

Re: Striker Packs
Behold the Lightning Striker https://forum.gamer.com.tw/C.php?bsn=109&snA=58568&tnum=20 The setting was kept going up for ridiculously long range, and finally got to 380000km effective range. (previous setting has 10000km: https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/GAT-X105%2BP204QX_Lightning_Strike_Gu...

Minosvky Drive Intertial Damping?
So unless I've missed mention of this before now, apparently the Minosvky Drive System provides some sort of Damping effect on G-Forces now? I don't recall this ever being a thing way back in the before times when the 20G acceleration number was in contention?

Re: Uh. So Freedom and Justice have thrust figures now?
This begs the question of where the newer generation of ZGMF units sit, stuff like Destiny, Legend, Infinite Justice and Strike Freedom. Bare minimum the later two have to have a bump I'd think...definitely Destiny with it's VL.

Re: Uh. So Freedom and Justice have thrust figures now?
Apparently the J-Wiki cites the Gundam Seed Mechanics and World sourcebook but I'm iffy and wanted to get a little confirmation if I could. https://img11.pixhost.org/images/278/47491160_jft.jpg So it's confirmed then, well that's pretty cool. let the speculation begin! First I need breakfast though...

Re: Uh. So Freedom and Justice have thrust figures now?
I also vaguely recall reading at one point or another the Fatum used thrusters similar to the METEOR in that they were laser based rather then traditional rockets. That being said, 7 and 8G is a very respectable level of Get-Up-and-Go; if it's true we can also figure out about where the rest of the ...

Uh. So Freedom and Justice have thrust figures now?
Apparently this is a new addition to the Japanese and English Gundam wiki. I personally learned about it from a thread over on the Gamefaqs Gundam recreation board. Apparently the J-Wiki cites the Gundam Seed Mechanics and World sourcebook but I'm iffy and wanted to get a little confirmation if I co...

Re: What is the final word on Cosmic Era beam technology?
None were edited out as far as I know, one was even remastered in the battle of Duel and Strike in space IIRC.BrentD15 wrote: And many of them were edited out in the Remaster (with the exception of a couple, including the Aegis and Aile Strike clash).

Is that about all we have? I suppose Cosmic Era does somewhat like to shy away from hard numbers in that case.

Sensor Ranges in Cosmic Era?
My question boils down to if there's ever been anything concrete released on the type of ranges the various pieces of equipment in the Cosmic Era posses? Ships, Mobile Suits and the like. I recall the Space use Astray can ping targets up to like 400km away or something but is that the only real bit ...

Re: multiple chest flyer and leg flyer for impulse but 1 cor
You know there's any number of reasons Destiny could have been built without the Core and Flyer system. Maybe they couldn't get the new energy system to fit into a Splendor or perhaps function properly with the splitting and combining. Maybe with all the other expensive technology packed into the De...

I can't personally read the Tweet or whatever, but a few people on 4chan that supposedly can are saying this doesn't actually say anything about a SEED Movie?

Re: What is the final word on Cosmic Era beam technology?
I don't recall ANY saber clashing scenes actually being changed. Not that there were many, but off the top of my head I can't think of any that were actually removed.

Re: What is the final word on Cosmic Era beam technology?
Duel and Strike clash sabers in one of the earlier battles in space. And I believe the remaster for Destiny adds a new scene where the Destiny's Anti-Ship Sword clashes with Infinite Justice' Beam Saber.
