From the notes in the photo. It said that dipping the sticker to the water will allow easy reposition of the sticker. As you know, the sticker is hard to reposition after stick into the model. Dipping into the water allow you to move it when the sticker is on the model surface.

Only two major gripes- Stickers. These always go directly into the garbage. If I can't paint on certain details, I'd much rather use water-slide decals. The dry transfer decals are ok too, but stickers? Come on. Exposed polycaps. Many of the newer kits do a good job hiding them, or replacing them w...

I think bad weapon handleing on hand can fixed with double side tape. You don't play the model after complete it right? If not, your model will worst and worst until you need to use superglue to hold it.

If you don't want to play with putty (the smell is not good). You can use super glue to do the same job. However, you need to sand it more carefully as superglue is harder than PE plastic. Moreover, i think this is your best way to remove seam line for ABS plastic as normal glue does not work on ABS

Currently, I'm in the process of building the old 1/100 V2 with Assault and Buster equipment. For such an old kit, it's got a surprising amount of detail and "stuff" throughout the structure, and looks pretty good for a kit of its age. My only complaints would be the amount of gaps that a...

I think only gundam wing and X-gundam have serious amount of panel line. Rest of them are in reasonable amount. Like F91 series.

I think that is the starting line they use glueless design. Anything before that...... Depends how good you are and what is your expectation. I will not touch any kits that is design before 1990 Actually a vast majority of GunPla is glueless. Bandai's entire model strategy was about making the proc...

For nasty 3000 round per minutes, RX-78-5 is not good for you. Although it can fire at 3000 round per minutes, the clip only hold 3000 rounds. Moreover, it is set to 5 second before it can cool down. So, i don't think it is as cool as you though. However, for the fire power, it is t90mm round. So th...

What i think the cheapest way to get all tools are walking around the local big tools shop. You always find somethings very similar or exactly the same but different packaging in the model shop and the price much cheaper. For top coating, i think it is better to buy Mr. color one if you are beginner...

Using ultrasonic cleaner to clean air brush

Hello! I am planning to buy a ultrasonic cleaner to clean my air brush as some part of the air brush is very hard to reach. Do anybody have any experience using ultrasonic cleaner to clean their air brush? I am always using acrylic paint so i think they will dissolve into water during cleaning. Than...

If you paint your model, don't even try to use marker to panel line your model. Your cannot remove it unless you remove the paint as well.

you can easily replace it if you lose one Hardly easy for me. If you don't go to hardware shop to buy screw, where do you want to buy it f...

what i mean is before putting final semi-gloss layer, i need to do the decal and panel line. If the paint is gloss, i can save time on putting another gloss layer on. That's what i mean. It take four extra days if i put the extra gloss layer on.

Is it flat or gloss if you mix the paint together.

Here is a question.

I mixed 90% of gloss white with 10% of flat grey. Is the new mix is gloss or flat? It is important to know because i can save a layer of gloss clear if the mix is gloss.
