This is the main problem. Hollywood does use great sources and turn most of them into 2nd class movie. Making bad taste for everyone who know the real quality of the story.

Regardless, it's probably safe to say a live action Robotech will look nothing like the old 80's television shows. What we are likely to see is a complete re-imagining of original, with new character and the mechanical designs similar to the departure that Bay took on Transformers. I dunno', you ne...

Live action Macross?

I've heard a rumor going around about this, does anyone know if it's true or have links to something about?

I gotta' go with Draco. A good pilot will be able to down a Zaku with just a few well placed shots. I chalk it up more or less to Shiro being a bad shot in those first few episodes. I mean, everyone gets better over time.

So now I hear that there is a petition started by Patriots fans to have the NFL review the last 1:40 because they feel something bad happened then. Yeah, something bad did happen. THEY LOST. And fans are now engaging in a massive "BAAAAAAWWWW" session. Ugh....someone tell these fans to be...

I think if they're going to do anything involving StarWars again they should start on some more Old Republic stuff. I saw the Clone Wars cartoon and liked it, read some of the comics and liked them. But for the love of all things holy, un-holy, and jsane just leave the damn clone wars alone!

It's just that since there's nothing in space to stop it, it'll get up to a very high velocity with little on-board energy use as long as you're willing to wait.
That's a looooooooooong wait. After your batteries run out on your DS then you've got nothing to do until you die.

White Exia?

Ok, I haven't been watching 00(hate sub-titles, I swear someone invented them to piss off dyslexics) but I found this picture and think of it as awesome. Is this just a custom paint job or is this an actual model kit in the color? http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/2548/whiteexiamodelbq9.jpg -Spencer

CCA when Amuro and Chan first launch in the Nu Gundam, we see Chan cringe from g-forces being placed on her body as the sled is rapidly accelerated.

But even if the gun was 75mm, they don't need to carry a large amount of ammo as they are mostly used against planes and a few short burst tends to do the trick there. Plus without a diagram of some sort we don't know if the guns are actually rotary guns or not. They could just be your standard vulc...

Part of the problem with trying to air ZZ is that anyone not familiar with the UC timeline will be totally lost. You need to air MSG and Zeta first, then you can show ZZ. I see people constantly mention that it won't fly with CN anymore, which is good because I can't even watch AS anymore with all t...

What are the chances of Bandai releasing bricks of the original MSG? I doubt it, it bombed in the states. Besides, Does it matter? They're only allowed to release the dub. I want them to rerelease the MSG Movie Trilogy. That only applied because the TV series wasn't released on DVD in Japan until 2...

I gotta' go with Kratos, that does look mighty offical to me. Plus, if I recall correctly, i've seen a few other animes(not just Gundam) in the Anime Legends line. I think I may have seen Cowboy Bebop, but I might be mixing up my titles. Either way, i'd rather pay the low price for the two halves th...

However that's the way it is. In CCA they discuss how the Federation rules the people from Earth and how much the people living in the colonies resent the Feddies. As for new Federation suits, not really. They mainly kept re-hashing the old GM models with a few upgrades and cosmetics. The Jagen isn'...

Beam Sabers in CCA

Ok, I just watched CCA again for like the thousandth time and something's been bugging me. Their beam sabers. They aren't always out in a full blade, and on most occasions are just a little sorta' spark of energy at the end of the hilt. Is this some type of special beam saber that I missed the expli...
