I am avoiding this show because it is written by the same writer as Kyokai Senki and Gundam Build Divers. Kyokai Senki was already a very low rent dumber version of Geass and Divers was a bad show. So far nothing this writer has done has been anything good...

So I'm guessing in that asteroid gravity graveyard during the Brewers fight in season 1 that those were a mix of both mobile suit and ship ahab reactors? I know MS ones were there given that Teiwaz was able to salvage a number of them from there when mentioned in season 2.

Was it ever confirmed that the ships in IBO had ship sized Ahab reactors or is there a one size fits all reactor size? I'm guessing even a mobile suit ahab reactor is good enough to power a ship as we saw in the beginning of IBO season 1 that Barbatos's reactor was used to power the CGS base.

In IBO, having twice the reactors like the Gundam frames give them more power in terms of output for fighting I guess ala horsepower? I can't really think of a good analogy to describe it outside of more power...

Yep, as mentioned above the Gundam frames are all the same. Some of them have modifcations made for the armor/equipment installed as mentioned with Flauros.
